تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مرافق (Utilities Engineer) في المدينة الحار العُلْيَا السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في مشاريع البنية التحتية والمرافق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة إنشاء المرافق الميكانيكية في جميع أنحاء المشروع.
  • مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية للمرافق والرسومات التنفيذية ومقدمات المواد وبيانات الطرق.
  • مراقبة تركيب شبكات إمداد المياه والصرف الصحي ومياه الأمطار والمياه المبردة وشبكات التبريد المركزي عند الاقتضاء.
  • إجراء التفتيش لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات المعنية بالمرافق وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • مراقبة اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة المرافق الميكانيكية.
  • حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع وتقديم الدعم الهندسي.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة وإجراءات الجودة.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش والوثائق الفنية وتقارير التقدم، ودعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح ضمن الجدول الزمني وأهداف الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع المرافق والبنية التحتية.
  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) إلزامية.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة المرافق الميكانيكية وخطوط الأنابيب ومحطات الضخ والأعمال infrastructure.
  • خبرة في مراجعة مستندات تصميم المرافق والمواد الفنية المقدمة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office والبرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة.

(HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services. We deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are currently seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer to join our team in AlUla.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise mechanical utility construction activities across the project.
  • Review utility design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Monitor the installation of water supply, sewage, stormwater, chilled water, and district cooling networks where applicable.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor testing and commissioning of mechanical utility systems.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality procedures.
  • Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and progress reports.
  • Support successful project delivery within schedule and quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in utilities and infrastructure projects.
  • Previous PMC experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical utility systems, pipelines, pumping stations, and infrastructure works.
  • Experience reviewing utility design documents and technical submissions.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
