فرصة مثيرة للانضمام إلى فريق جميرا البحر الأحمر كأخصائي لياقة بدنية، حيث ستقوم بتصميم وتنفيذ برامج لياقة مخصصة للضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ برامج لياقة بدنية مخصصة وفقًا لاحتياجات وأهداف الضيوف، بما في ذلك روتين التمارين وتقييمات اللياقة ومتابعة التقدم.
- إدارة وتقديم دروس اللياقة الجماعية مثل الأيروبيك واليوجا والبيلاتس أو تدريب القوة، مع ضمان أن تكون الجلسات جذابة وفعالة ومناسبة لمستويات اللياقة المختلفة.
- تقديم جلسات تدريب شخصي فردية، مع تقديم إرشادات الخبراء والتحفيز والدعم لمساعدة الضيوف على تحقيق أهداف اللياقة وتحسين صحتهم العامة.
- التأكد من أن معدات اللياقة في حالة عمل جيدة، وصيانتها بشكل صحيح، وتنظيفها بانتظام. الإبلاغ عن أي أعطال أو مشاكل لفريق الصيانة المناسب.
- تطبيق بروتوكولات وإرشادات السلامة لاستخدام معدات ومرافق اللياقة، وضمان الاستخدام الصحيح للمعدات وتوعية الضيوف بإجراءات السلامة لمنع الإصابات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كأخصائي لياقة بدنية أو مدرب شخصي في بيئة صالة رياضية أو نادٍ صحي أو فندق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنية قوية في علوم التمارين وتقنيات التدريب وممارسات سلامة الضيوف.
- نهج يركز على الضيوف مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- شغف بالصحة والعافية والقدرة على تقديم تجارب لياقة بدنية مخصصة عالية الجودة.
- احترافية وموثوقية واهتمام بالتفاصيل مع الالتزام بالتعلم المستمر والتطوير.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Professional to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals, including workout routines, fitness assessments, and progress tracking.
- Conduct and lead group fitness classes, such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, ensuring that sessions are engaging, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance, motivation, and support to help achieve fitness goals and improve overall well-being.
- Ensure the fitness equipment is in good working condition, properly maintained, and cleaned regularly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate maintenance team.
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for the use of fitness equipment and facilities, ensure usage of equipment is done correctly and guests aware of safety procedures to prevent injuries.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience as a fitness professional or personal trainer in a gym, health club, or hotel environment
- Strong technical knowledge of exercise science, training techniques, and guest safety practices
- Guest-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and delivering high-quality personalized fitness experiences
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and development
