نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى كبير مهندسي مراقبة الجودة مسؤولية تحديث أنشطة الموقع وتدوين ملاحظات الجودة بشكل يومي، وضمان امتثال المقاول لمواصفات المشروع، وإدارة وتقييم جميع العمليات لضمان مراقبة الجودة الفعالة داخل المشاريع، وتقديم الدعم لفريق البناء وزملاء مراقبة الجودة الآخرين، والتأكد من أن جميع الأعمال مطابقة لمتطلبات العقد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وفحص مؤهلات الموردين، بيانات الطرق، خطط فحص الاختبار (ITP)، بيانات المعدات، عينات المواد و/أو الشركات المصنعة للتأكد من توافقها مع رسوم العقد والمواصفات ونظام الجودة للمشروع.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات المواصفات والرسوم المطبقة، والإبلاغ عن تصحيحات النواقص في الموقع.
  • إنشاء وصيانة إجراءات قوية لتطوير وثائق قياسية لمراقبة وضمان جودة المشروع، واقتراح أي تحسينات ضرورية.
  • التخطيط لعمليات التفتيش والتدقيق وتنفيذها بانتظام للتحقق من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والمواصفات.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات ضمان الجودة (QA) وتنسيق أعمال مراقبة الجودة (QC) مع التخصصات الفنية الأخرى لضمان إدارة آمنة وسلسة لجميع المهن والأنشطة.
  • تنسيق اختبار وفحص المواد خارج الموقع وتخزينها واختبارها.
  • فحص جميع المواد للتأكد من توافقها مع الطلبات المقدمة والرسوم.
  • مراقبة أداء جميع أنشطة التحكم والاختبار على مكونات المبنى.
  • توجيه والإشراف والتنسيق لأنشطة التفتيش والهندسة الخاصة بمراقبة الجودة.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المشكلات المتعلقة بمراقبة جودة النشاط.
  • تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة، وقيادة التحقيق فيها مع الإدارات المعنية، وتقييم خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المقدمة من المقاول.
  • المشاركة في تطوير خطة التشغيل والأدوار والمسؤوليات، وتنفيذها.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات الجودة مع المقاول وفريق البناء والموردين وعقدها.
  • التنسيق مع فريق الهندسة لحل جميع مشكلات الإنشاء وطلبات المعلومات (RFI) والصراعات.
  • مراجعة عملية تقارير اليومية والمساعدة فيها وتيسيرها، والحفاظ على تقارير يومية محدثة، وإعداد تقارير الجودة الأسبوعية والشهرية.
  • الاطلاع المستمر على المعرفة المتعلقة بعمليات وتقنيات الهندسة المعمارية المختلفة، والتنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى للأنشطة الفنية للمشاريع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس مع 15 سنة خبرة أو أكثر في المجال ذي الصلة.
  • معرفة مثبتة بالإنتاج وتقنيات البناء والإجراءات والكودات والمعايير عبر جميع التخصصات.
  • فهم شامل لمواصفة ISO 9001.
  • كفاءة في تحديد وإدارة المشكلات والاتجاهات من خلال تحليل العيوب ومجموعات العمل.
  • مطلوب معرفة بالمبادئ الإحصائية والقدرة على إجراء التحليل الإحصائي.
  • مهارات متوسطة في استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office.

The Sr. Quality Control Engineer holds the responsibility for maintaining updated site activities on a daily basis, recording all quality observations on site. Duties shall include but not limited to ensuring that the contractor complies with the project’s specifications in his submitted activities, manage and evaluate all processes and ensure efficient quality control within the projects; provide support to the construction team and to other Quality Control Specialists, and ensuring all work is in compliance with the contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review and check vendors prequalification’s Method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings and specifications and project’s quality system.
  • Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with and report on deficiency corrections on-site.
  • Establish and maintain robust procedures to develop standard documentation for the project’s quality control and assurance; center and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
  • Conduct Inspections and Audits Plan and execute regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement the QA procedures and coordinate QC work with other technical disciplines to ensure safe and seamless management with all trades and activities.
  • Coordinate testing and inspection of offsite materials storage and testing.
  • Inspect all materials for compliance to submittals and drawings.
  • Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on building components.
  • Direct, supervise and coordinate inspection/engineering QC activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to the activity quality control.
  • Identify non-conformances, lead its investigation with the relevant departments; and evaluate contractors submitted corrective & preventive action plan.
  • Participate in the development of the Commissioning plan, roles, and responsibilities. Implement a commissioning plan.
  • Participate in and conduct Quality meetings with the contractor, Construction team and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Engineering team to resolve all construction issues, RFI s and conflicts.
  • Review, assist and facilitate Daily Report process; keep an updated daily report; prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports.


Maintain an up to date knowledge on various architecture engineering processes & techniques and coordinate with other departments for the technical activities of projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of production, construction techniques, procedures, codes, and standards across all disciplines. Thorough understanding of ISO 9001. Competent in the identification and management of problems and trends through defect analysis and workgroups.
  • Requires knowledge of statistical principles and conducts statistical analysis.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
