Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering complex cloud transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure cloud solutions, security implementations, and infrastructure modernization projects for enterprise customers. The role ensures successful execution of end-to-end technical solutions while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and reliability across hybrid and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure environments, including networking, compute, storage, and security services.
• Implement Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), hybrid cloud solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Develop Azure architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), ADFS, and Azure AD Connect.
• Support tenant-to-tenant and cross-forest migration projects.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects from on-premises and third-party platforms.
• Implement and maintain hybrid Exchange environments.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 performance, security, and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra security solutions.
• Configure Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Zero Trust security controls.
• Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks.
• Support incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring activities.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and eDiscovery solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint compliance policies.
• Administer enterprise device management for corporate and BYOD environments.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint security and mobile application management solutions.
• Support SCCM/MECM environments and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell, C#, Python, and Azure automation tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Support AI-driven solutions and Azure AI services where applicable.
• Lead technical implementation projects from planning through deployment and handover.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation, assessments, and implementation reports.
• Provide Level 3 support and escalation assistance for critical customer environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Security technologies.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in hybrid cloud environments and Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders.

• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
