📢 We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant - Makkah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a leading company within the Automotive Industry in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

If you have a strong background in finance operations, VAT compliance, accounting, and financial reporting, we would be happy to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance/accounting operations

• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance

• Professional certification or postgraduate qualification such as MBA, MSc, or ACCA would be highly advantageous

• Strong experience in AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Hyperion or similar financial reporting systems is preferred

• Good understanding of internal and external audit requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely closure of AR, AP, and Inventory modules

• Manage VAT accounting and ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns

• Support the implementation of VAT compliance procedures and provide required tax information when needed

• Reconcile intercompany balances and variances

• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management activities

• Support internal and external audits

• Upload and reconcile Trial Balance data in Hyperion, resolve validation issues, and map GL accounts

• Ensure timely and accurate GL setup and coding
