Role Description The Leasing Agent role at Azure is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Leasing Agent will welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain community features, and provide accurate information on available units, pricing, and lease terms. This role includes handling inquiries, responding to phone calls and emails, managing appointments, and maintaining a professional presence in the leasing office. The Leasing Agent will prepare and review leasing documents, support lease renewals, coordinate move-in and move-out processes, and collaborate with property management to ensure units are ready and resident needs are met. The position also involves maintaining updated records in leasing systems, assisting with marketing activities, and supporting community events to enhance resident satisfaction and occupancy rates.
Qualifications

• Experience with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate leasing documentation.
• Knowledge of property management and residential leasing practices, ideally within compound or community living environments.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve resident concerns professionally.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Basic proficiency with office software and property management or CRM systems for tracking leads, applications, and resident information.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, including some evenings or weekends as needed to support leasing activity.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or sales is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an asset.
