تسعى AtkinsRéalis، شركة عالمية رائدة في الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، إلى توظيف خبير رفع (Lifting Expert) للانضمام إلى فريق تسليم مشاريع النقل في الرياض. ستتولى الإشراف على أنشطة الرفع في مشروع نقل متعدد التخصصات، مع التركيز على السلامة والتعاون مع فريق التصميم والهندسة والإشراف على الإنشاءات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة والإشراف على خطط الخدمات اللوجستية والإنشاءات الخاصة بمقاول التصميم والبناء (D&B).
- مراجعة والإشراف على خطط الرفع وبيانات الأسلوب التي يطورها مقاول التصميم والبناء.
- مراجعة مخرجات التصميم من حيث قابلية البناء.
- مراجعة تقييم المخاطر المتعلقة بأنشطة الرفع التي يعدها مقاول التصميم والبناء، والتأكد من تقييمها بشكل صحيح وتحديد تدابير التخفيف المناسبة.
- التأكد من اختيار مقاول التصميم والبناء لمعدات الرفع المناسبة (الأشرطة، القيود، عوارض التوزيع، الرافعات) بناءً على الحمولة والهندسة والبيئة.
- إجراء أعمال الفحص والاختبار وفقًا للمواصفات الصناعية لمعدات وأدوات الرفع، سواء في الموقع أو في ورش العمل.
- التأكد من قيام مقاول التصميم والبناء بإجراء محادثات أدوات السلامة وإيجازات سلامة الرفع، ومعالجة مخاطر السلامة والتنسيق القوي.
- الإشراف على فرق الحبال أثناء الرفع المعقد أو الحرج.
- ضمان اتباع أنشطة الرفع لمعايير السلامة والجودة والبيئة.
- التأكد من امتلاك الموظفين للمهارات والتدريب وجميع الموارد والمعدات والأدوات اللازمة لأعمال الصيانة الروتينية بشكل آمن وفعال وفقًا لشروط العقد.
- إبقاء فريق إدارة البرنامج والإنشاءات، وخاصة فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات، على اطلاع دائم بأنشطة الرفع، وحضور محادثات الأدوات وإيجازات السلامة، واتباع قواعد وإجراءات السلامة أثناء مهام الإشراف.
- التنسيق مع مدير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ورئيس الإنشاءات لإدراج أنشطة الرفع في أنشطة إعداد التقارير.
- الحفاظ على سلوك وسلوك استباقي تجاه السلامة، والمساهمة بشكل إيجابي في ثقافة السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة يدعم المهام المطلوبة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات.
- التسجيل المهني أو الزمالة المهنية (PMP، RICS، PE، CEng، أو ما يعادلها) يعد ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل خبرة العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط الأوسع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة متخصصة في معدات وملحقات الرفع، بما في ذلك الرافعات المتنقلة، آلات السحب، عربات العوارض، الأشرطة السلسلة، الأشرطة النسيجية، وأشرطة الحبال السلكية.
- معرفة ممتازة بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- شغف بالآلات والجوانب الفنية في هذا المجال.
- القدرة على تعلم أنظمة جديدة بسرعة قد تكون تقنية للغاية.
- مستوى عالٍ من التنظيم والالتزام بالعمل.
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات الفحص والاختبار لأنواع مختلفة من معدات الرفع.
- فهم جيد للهندسة العامة.

Your role
- Review and supervise the Logistic and Construction plans of the D&B Contractor
- Review and supervise the Lifting Plans & Method Statements developed by the Design and Build Contractor.
- Review the design deliverables for constructability.
- Review the risk assessment developed by the DB Contractor related or including lifting activities, assuring those are properly evaluated and adequate mitigation measures are identified.
- Assure the DB Contractor choose suitable lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, cranes) based on load, geometry, and environment.
- Carrying out inspection and testing work to industry specifications, whether on site or in workshops of the lifting equipment and tools.
- Assure that the DB Contractor undertakes toolbox talks and lifting safety briefs, addressing safety risks and robust coordination.
- Oversee rigging crews during complex or critical lifts.
- Ensure the lifting activities follow the lifting safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment's'and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure that the PMCM Team, and specially the Construction Supervision Team are well informed of the lifting activities, attend the toolbox talks and safety and lifting safety briefs, and follow the safety rules and procedures while undertaking their supervision duties.
- Coordinate with the HSE Manager and Head of Construction for incorporating the lifting activities to the reporting activities.
- Keep a proactive Safety aptitude and behaviour, and contribute in positive to the a culture of safety.
- Expertise knowledge on lifting equipment and accessories, including mobile cranes, pulling machines, beam trolleys, chain slings, webbing slings and wire rope slings.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Passion for machinery and the technical aspects of the industry.
- Able to pick up new systems quickly that may be very technical.
- High level of organisation and commitment to your work.
- Good knowledge of inspection and testing techniques with regard to different types of lifting equipment.
- Good understanding of general engineering.
- Experience of carrying out method statements and risk assessments.
- Excellent personal organisational skills and team work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing inspection and examination testing paperwork.
- Used to work in a fast-paced office environment combining construction supervision works and administration work.
- Open to adapt to flexible working hours arrangements.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline supporting the required duties, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Professional registration or chartership preferred (PMP, RICS, PE, CEng, or equivalent) will be considered a plus
- Experience working in the KSA or wider Middle East region is preferred.
