شركة CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd (التابعة لمجموعة Crown Holdings, Inc.) تعلن عن وظيفة ميكانيكي ديكور العلب - 2 (Cans Deco Mechanic-2) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الدورية لآلات ديكور العلب، بما في ذلك الطابعات والطلاءات والأفران، لضمان التشغيل المستمر والفعال.
  • تشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهوائية في معدات الديكور، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الحلول الفعالة.
  • تنفيذ الإصلاحات التصحيحية للآلات، بما في ذلك استبدال الأجزاء التالفة أو البالية، وضبط الإعدادات، وإعادة محاذاة المكونات.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة ومعالجتها استباقياً قبل أن تؤثر على الإنتاج.
  • المساعدة في إعداد وتحويل خطوط الديكور لتناسب تصاميم ومواصفات العلب المختلفة.
  • مراقبة أداء المعدات أثناء دورات الإنتاج، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة للحفاظ على معايير الجودة والكفاءة.
  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لتحسين أداء الآلات وتقليل وقت التوقف.

  • المشاركة في برامج التدريب لتعزيز المهارات والمعرفة بالتقنيات والمعدات الجديدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات كميكانيكي صيانة، ويفضل في بيئة تصنيع مع تركيز على آلات الطباعة أو الديكور.
  • القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات المتناوبة بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.
  • القدرة البدنية على رفع الأشياء الثقيلة والوقوف لفترات طويلة والعمل في ظروف صناعية متنوعة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • كفاءة ميكانيكية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات مع القدرة على تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال المعدات المعقدة.
  • إجادة قراءة وتفسير الأدلة الفنية والمخططات والرسومات الهندسية.

Cans Deco Mechanic-2

Job Summary:**

The Cans Deco Mechanic-2 is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimal operation of decoration machinery within the can manufacturing plant, ensuring high-quality printing and efficient production.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on can decoration machinery, including printers, coaters, and ovens, to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on decoration equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Execute corrective repairs on machinery, including replacing worn or faulty parts, adjusting settings, and realigning components.
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential problems and proactively address them before they impact production.
  • Assist in the setup and changeover of decoration lines for different can designs and specifications.
  • Monitor equipment performance during production runs, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of new technologies and equipment.

Job Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a focus on printing or decoration machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, including motors, sensors, and control panels.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various industrial conditions.
