About the Role: To provide an Occupational Health (OH) solution by performing employee and workplace health related assessments, reporting and escalation of occupational conditions, develop OH or the benefit of division and company.

1. Align, Implement and maintain an Occupational Health Service to divisional and group objectives.
2. Maintaining and analyzing employee OH records and producing statistics from them.
3. Develop and implement OH related training for managers, safety advisors and other Almarai employees.
4. Responsible for Health hazard identification, assessments and surveillance of employees in their work environments. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety.
• Fluency in English Language.
• Knowledge of an FMCG/Logistics environment.
• Able to undertake a wide range of quality health assessments, interpret results and provide suitable solutions.
• Experience of managing crisis and emergency situations at work.
