نبحث عن أخصائي رصف أول (طرق) - أسفلت ذو كفاءة عالية لدعم التسليم الفني والإنشائي لبرنامج تطوير بارز. يشمل الدور قيادة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات، وإدارة الواجهات بين الحزم الفنية، وضمان التوافق مع معايير المشروع ومتطلبات الجهات المعنية وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على عمل استشاريي التصميم ودعم التكامل الإنشائي لحل المخاطر الفنية بشكل استباقي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كخبير فني خلال مراحل التصميم والمشتريات والتسليم.
  • الإشراف على جميع التخصصات الفنية بما في ذلك التربة الجيوتقنية وجوانب إنشاء الطرق لأنواع الرصف المختلفة (الأسفلت والخرسانة).
  • ضمان أن الحلول الهندسية سليمة من الناحية الفنية وقابلة للتنفيذ ومتوافقة مع اللوائح والموافقات الرسمية.
  • إنجاز مجموعة متنوعة من المهام مثل مراجعة طلبات التصميم التي تشمل الرسومات والمواصفات وكميات المواد وغيرها من المواد المناسبة لأغراض المشتريات والإنشاء.
  • مراجعة وتنسيق مستندات الإنشاء (الرسومات والمواصفات وكميات المواد والتقارير الفنية).
  • التواصل مع استشاريي التصميم واستشاريي إدارة المشاريع والإنشاء والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية لإدارة حل المشكلات الفنية وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
  • قيادة مراجعات التصميم الفني وورش العمل الهندسية القيمية لتحسين كفاءة التكلفة والأداء الفني.
  • التعاون مع فريق إدارة الإنشاء لضمان التفسير والتنفيذ الصحيح للمتطلبات الفنية في الموقع.
  • ضمان تحديد المخاطر الفنية وتتبعها والتخفيف منها طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • مراقبة الالتزام بمتطلبات العميل وأهداف المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالمعايير الدولية والإقليمية وأفضل الممارسات الفنية.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (أو مؤهل بديل معادل أو خبرة عمل ذات صلة).
  • حد أدنى 15 سنة من الخبرة الفنية ذات الصلة.
  • الإلمام الكامل بقائمة فحص محطة خلط الأسفلت، والمعدات الميدانية، وتسلسل إنشاء طبقات الطريق، والاختبارات الميدانية، وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة خلال مراحل الإنشاء المختلفة.
  • خبرة أساسية في التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والمقاولين والجهات المعنية.
  • الإلمام الكامل بالمعايير والمواصفات المحلية والدولية لرصف الطرق بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: SHC، MOT، MOMRA، AASHTO، BRITISH.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة التنسيق الفني وحل المشكلات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قيادة قوية في الإدارة الفنية والتنسيق للفرق متعددة التخصصات.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Pavement Specialist (Roads) - Asphalt to support the technical and construction delivery of a high-profile development program. The role is central to ensuring engineering integrity, optimum, design compliance, construction solution, and value engineering across all phases of the project lifecycle.

The Senior Pavement Specialist will lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage interfaces between various technical packages, and ensure alignment with project standards, authority requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This includes overseeing the work of design consultants and supporting construction integration to ensure all technical risks are identified and resolved proactively.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the technical expert throughout design, procurement, and delivery phases.
  • Provide oversight of all technical disciplines including soil geotechnical, roads construction aspects for different pavement types (asphalt and concrete types).
  • Ensure engineering solutions are technically sound, constructible, and compliant with applicable regulations and authority approvals.
  • Completes a variety of assignments such as reviewing the design submissions include drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
  • Review and coordinate construction documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical reports).
  • Interface with design consultants, PMCM consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage the resolution of technical issues and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Lead technical design reviews and value engineering workshops to improve cost efficiency and technical performance.
  • Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of technical requirements on-site.
  • Ensure that technical risks are clearly identified, tracked, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor adherence to client requirements, project goals, and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain current awareness of international and regional codes, standards, and technical best practices.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent alterative qualification or related work experience)
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant technical experience
  • Fully aware with Asphalt batch planet check list items, site machinery, construction sequence of the road layers, site tests, quality control procedures during the different construction stages.
  • Experience coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and authority bodies is essential.
  • Fully aware of local and international standards and specifications for roads pavement this included but not limited to SHC, MOT, MOMRA, AASHTO, BRITSH
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical coordination and resolve
