Job Purpose

The NOC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing 24/7 network operations, ensuring service availability, managing incident response activities, and leading the NOC team to maintain stable and secure network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise network monitoring activities and ensure timely incident resolution and escalation.

• Lead and manage NOC engineers across shifts and ensure effective operational coverage.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and service quality.

• Oversee incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and business continuity activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, ISPs, and clients during major incidents.

• Prepare operational reports and recommend service improvement initiatives.

• Support automation and process optimization efforts within NOC operations.

• Conduct team coaching, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• CCNA certification required.

• ITIL v4 certification preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.

• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar solutions.

• Knowledge of routing & switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network security concepts.

• Experience in incident management, escalation processes, and root cause analysis.

• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python or PowerShell) is an advantage.
