تعلن شركة القدية (Qiddiya) - عاصمة المملكة العربية السعودية المستقبلية للترفيه والرياضة والثقافة - عن توفر وظيفة Senior Manager - CAFM (SAP Specialist) في الرياض، بهدف قيادة تكوين ونشر وتشغيل أنظمة إدارة الأصول والصيانة المدعومة بالحاسوب (EAM/CAFM) عبر محفظة أصول متنوعة. ينتهي التقديم في 28 يونيو 2026.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق تقنية المعلومات لضمان تفعيل نظام CAFM بجميع وظائفه ووحداته وجاهزيته للنشر قبل تسليم الموقع.
  • هندسة بيانات الأصول: التعاون مع فريقي التطوير وتقنية المعلومات لضمان رفع سجل الأصول الرئيسي في نظام CAFM حسب الموقع ونوع الأصل.
  • ضمان جاهزية إستراتيجية الصيانة الوقائية وجدولة الأصول وفقاً لأدلة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M manuals).
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في عملية تسليم جميع فئات الأصول الواردة لفريق إدارة الأصول (AM team).
  • مراقبة التذاكر الفاشلة والمتراكمة عن كثب ورفعها إلى المستوى المناسب.
  • مراقبة الأداء: لوحات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (SLAs & KPIs) توفر تحديثاً حياً عن المخرجات والأداء.
  • دمج نظام CAFM مع الأنظمة الحالية حسب الحاجة.
  • إعداد تقارير شهرية وربع سنوية وغيرها لتقديم آلية قياس الأداء المرتبطة بمؤشرات SLAs & KPIs.
  • ضمان دقة جميع بيانات نظام EAM/CAFM وأن النظام يعمل بكامل طاقته دائماً.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع قسم أنظمة المعلومات ومبادئ التشغيل، ومراقبة حالات الطوارئ ورفعها، إلى جانب نشر تحسينات النظام والتحديثات في الوقت المناسب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أنظمة CAFM/EAM ضمن بيئات إدارة المرافق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في نشر وتفعيل أنظمة CAFM على نطاق واسع.
  • معرفة قوية بنظام SAP وتكامل الأنظمة.
  • خبرة في عمليات إدارة المرافق وعمليات تسليم الأصول.
  • شهادة IFMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - CAFM (SAP Specialist) to lead the configuration, deployment, and operational readiness of EAM / CAFM systems across a diverse asset portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are fully aligned with asset handover and seamlessly transition into facilities management operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the IT & technology team on insuring CAFM system activation in all its functions and module, ready for deployment prior to site handover.
  • Assets Data Architecture: working closely with the development & IT team on ensuring the master assets register is uploaded into the CAFM System by location and assets type
  • Ensuring the readiness of the preventive maintenance strategy and assets are scheduled according to the assets O&M manuals.
  • Take a key part in the handover process of all assets class delivered to the AM team.
  • Closely monitor failed and backlog tickets and escalate accordingly.
  • Performance monitoring: SLA's & KPI's dashboard providing live data update over deliverables and performance
  • CAFM system integration with existing systems and as needed.
  • Monthly, quarterly reports etc.. Delivering the performance scoring mechanism in relation to the SLA's & KPI's
  • Ensure all EAM / CAFM system data is accurate and that the system is always fully operational.
  • Close coordination with the IT system division and operational principles.
  • Monitor emergencies and escalate as seen fit.
  • System enhancement and patches are timely deployed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in CAFM/EAM systems within facilities management environments
  • Proven experience in deploying and activating CAFM systems at scale
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and system integrations
  • Experience in FM operations and asset handover processes
  • IFMA certification is an advantage
