تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر وظيفة مدير استثمار في الرياض، السعودية، للإشراف على أنشطة الاستثمار وإدارة المحفظة الاستثمارية للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على استراتيجيات الاستثمار وإدارة الأنشطة الاستثمارية عبر محفظة الشركة.
- إجراء تحليلات شاملة للسوق والتحليل المالي، وإدارة تنفيذ الصفقات.
- ضمان أداء استثماري أمثل بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.
- العمل عن كثب مع القيادة العليا والفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحديد وتقييم وتنفيذ فرص استثمارية عالية التأثير في القطاعات ذات الصلة بنمو القدية.
- التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض على معاملات مالية معقدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو شهادة المحلل المالي المعتمد (CFA) أو شهادات مهنية أخرى ذات صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة الاستثمار أو تمويل الشركات أو الأسهم الخاصة أو إدارة الأصول.
- سجل حافل في إدارة صفقات استثمارية معقدة وإدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية.
- يفضّل بشدة خبرة في الاستثمار العقاري أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بمشهد الاستثمار في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي يُعد ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات متقدمة في النمذجة المالية (financial modeling) والتقييم (valuation) والعناية الواجبة (due diligence).
- فهم عميق لهياكل الاستثمار، والتفاوض على الصفقات، وإدارة المخاطر.
- إتقان استخدام برنامج Excel وأدوات تحليل الاستثمار.
- معرفة عميقة باستراتيجيات الاستثمار واتجاهات السوق ذات الصلة بقطاعات القدية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية).

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred
- 7+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or asset management
- Proven track record of managing complex investment deals and portfolio management
- Experience in real estate investment or related sectors strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the GCC investment landscape is highly advantageous
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
- Strong understanding of investment structures, deal negotiations, and risk management
- Proficiency in Excel and investment analysis tools
- Deep knowledge of investment strategies and market trends relevant to Qiddiya's sectors
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
