المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز قيمة "السلامة أولاً" في الشركة، مع الثقة في ممارسة سلطة إيقاف العمل، والالتزام بمعايير وسلوكيات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية ذات الصلة.
- إظهار سلوكيات إيجابية في مكان العمل بما يتوافق مع قيم القدية (Qiddiya Values) في جميع الأوقات.
- إدارة وتدريب وتوجيه الموظفين المبتدئين للمساهمة بنجاح في مخرجات القسم وسلوكياته وثقافة السلامة.
- إدارة عمليات التصميم الرقمي، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير BIM ومنهجية SGR.
- الإشراف على فريق من المصممين والمتخصصين في BIM، وتقديم الدعم والتوجيه في الأنشطة اليومية.
- تنفيذ مفاهيم التوأم الرقمي (Digital Twin) في المشاريع، وضمان دمج البيانات واستخدامها بفعالية.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات BIM والتحقق من جودة التسليم من خلال عمليات التدقيق المنتظمة.
- إعداد تقارير حول تقدم المشروع ومقاييس الكفاءة، واقتراح التحسينات بناءً على تحليل البيانات.
- التواصل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم ودمج الملاحظات في مخرجات التصميم الرقمي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو علوم الحاسب أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة. يُفضل درجة الماجستير.
- يُفضل التسجيل المهني في التخصص المعني (مثل المهندس المعتمد).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في التصميم الهندسي لدى المطورين أو المقاولين أو الاستشاريين.
- المرونة والقدرة على التكيف مع متطلبات العمل المتغيرة.
- إدارة وتحديد أولويات عبء العمل بفعالية والتسليم في مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
- مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- إتقان استخدام برامج BIM والإلمام بمفاهيم التوأم الرقمي (Digital Twin).
- إدارة فريق لتحقيق الأهداف.

Role Specific Requirements
The Manager - Digital Design & BIM is a key member of the Design Excellence vertical of the Central Development Unit (CDU). CDU acts as a center of excellence, setting standards and driving consistency across complex development projects by providing tools and processes for best practice delivery.
Design Excellence ensures projects embody "Qiddiya-ness" by creating standardized measures of design quality across the program.
Our Digital Design & Bim team defines and maintains our BIM standards, compliance to align digital delivery quality, driving new initiatives and continuous improvement.
The Manager supports and enables building and managing strategic relationships through establishing and maintaining critical tools, processes and frameworks to operate in.
Core Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Computer Science, Project Management or relevant field of study.
A master's degree would be an advantage.
Professional Certifications (if Required)
Professional registration in respective discipline (or similar - i.e. Chartered Engineer) would be an advantage.
Experience
+7 years' min relevant experience in Engineering design within developers or Contractors, consultants
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.
Effectively manages and prioritizes workload and delivers to tight deadlines.
Demonstrate Strong written and verbal skills in English.
Demonstrate proficiency in using BIM software as familiarity with digital twin concepts.
Managing a team to deliver goal achievement.
Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee the success of each project.
Comply With QIC (Qiddiya Investment Company) Governance Requirements.
Knowledge of both relevant industry and local standards, codes and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with BIM policies and validate delivery quality through regular checks
- Generate reports on project progress and efficiency metrics, suggesting improvements based on data analysis
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into digital design outputs
