تسعى شركة القدية للاستثمار إلى تعيين مدير أول - التصميم (الهندسة المعمارية) للانضمام إلى وحدة الأعمال الرياضية. سيتولى هذا الدور المحوري قيادة جهود التصميم المعماري لمنشآت رياضية عالمية المستوى تتماشى مع رؤية القدية لإنشاء وجهة ترفيهية ورياضية رائدة، مع الإشراف على عملية التصميم من المفهوم إلى الإنجاز لضمان حلول مبتكرة وعملية ومستدامة وفق المعايير الدولية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة التصميم المعماري للأصول الرياضية بالتعاون الوثيق مع قائد التطوير، المدير الأول للتصميم، مدير مشروع التصميم، ومستشاري التصميم المحليين (LDC) والاستشاريين الفرعيين.
- ضمان التنسيق بين التصميم والهندسة مع جميع التخصصات.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق التطوير لمواءمة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
- إدارة اجتماعات التصميم الأسبوعية.
- التنسيق مع المطور الرئيسي عند الحاجة.
- ضمان امتثال الأصول لجميع قوانين البناء بما فيها معايير إطار المدينة وغيرها من المعايير التي تتطلبها الاتحادات الرياضية.
- مواكبة أي تغييرات في القوانين وضمان اعتمادها.
- ضمان وفاء الاستشاريين بتسليماتهم التعاقدية.
- مراجعة جميع الرسومات والتسليمات والموافقة عليها أو التعليق عليها باستخدام عملية نظام مراجعة التصميم (CRS).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- ما لا يقل عن 7-15 سنة من الخبرة المهنية في التصميم المعماري، مع خبرة كبيرة في تصميم المنشآت الرياضية.
- خبرة واسعة مع متطلبات العمارة الرياضية بما في ذلك الملاعب والساحات والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- إتقان برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD و Revit و Rhino وغيرها من الأدوات ذات الصلة.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق تصميم متعددة التخصصات وإدارة مشاريع معقدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- فهم عميق لمبادئ التصميم المستدام وقوانين البناء.

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager - Design (Architecture) to join our Sports Business Unit. This pivotal role involves leading the architectural design efforts for world-class sports facilities that align with Qiddiya's vision to create a premier entertainment and sports destination. You will oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that meet international standards.

- To provide architectural design management on the sports assets working closely with the Development Lead, Senior Director of Design, Project Design Director and the LDC's and their sub-consultants.
- To ensure coordination of the design and engineering with all disciplines
- To closely work with the development team to align to budgets and project timescales
- To manage weekly design meetings
- To coordinate with the Master developer where required
- To ensure the assets meet all building codes including City Framework standards and other standards required by federations.
- To keep abreast of any changing codes and ensure they are adopted.
- To ensure the consultants meet their deliverables as per the contract
- To review all drawings / deliverables and approve or comment as required using the CRS process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 7-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, with significant experience in sports facility design
- Strong knowledge of sports architecture requirements, including stadiums, arenas, and related infrastructure
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other relevant tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within the Middle East region is preferred
- Deep understanding of sustainable design principles and building codes
