شركة القدية، عاصمة السعودية المستقبلية للترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، تعلن عن وظيفة مدير البرنامج الثقافي الإقليمي في الرياض. يقود هذا الدور تخطيط وتنسيق وتقديم البرامج الثقافية الإقليمية، وضمان تمثيل المناطق السعودية عبر تجارب أصيلة وجذابة وعالية الجودة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة تخطيط وتنسيق وتقديم البرامج الثقافية الإقليمية، وضمان تمثيل المناطق السعودية من خلال تجارب ثقافية أصيلة وجذابة وعالية الجودة، بما يتماشى مع أهداف البرنامج العامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وإنتاج وتقديم وإدارة خطط برامج مفصلة لجميع الأجنحة الإقليمية، بما يتوافق مع التقويم العام للبرنامج.
- هيكلة الجداول اليومية والموسمية عبر المناطق لضمان التنوع والتوازن والمشاركة المستمرة للزوار.
- تنسيق تقديم العروض والعروض التوضيحية والتجارب عبر المناطق الإقليمية.
- تنظيم محتوى إقليمي أصيل بالتعاون مع الكيانات الإقليمية وأصحاب المصلحة الثقافيين.
- ضمان الاتساق في الجودة والسرد القصصي وتجربة الزوار عبر جميع الأجنحة الإقليمية.
- تحديد متطلبات البرنامج والمواضيع والروايات الثقافية لكل منطقة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الممثلين الإقليميين والجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات الثقافية.
- تنسيق مشاركة وجاهزية جميع المساهمين الإقليميين.
- ضمان التوافق مع توقعات أصحاب المصلحة والأهداف الثقافية.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات والمرافق والأصول لضمان جاهزية جميع المساحات الإقليمية.
- ضمان جدوى البرنامج وجدولة وتخطيط السعة عبر الأجنحة.
- دعم الإعداد والبروفات والتقديم المباشر في جميع المناطق.
- مراقبة مشاركة الزوار وحضورهم عبر البرامج الإقليمية.
- تحديد المجالات ذات الأداء المنخفض وتنفيذ التحسينات.
- ضمان معايير تقديم متسقة عبر جميع التجارب الإقليمية.
- دفع الأداء المالي للبرامج الإقليمية من خلال تخطيط وتطوير وتقديم البرنامج.
- العمل مع الإدارة التجارية لتحديد وتطوير فرص الإيرادات لدعم الاستدامة المالية للبرنامج.
- الحفاظ على معرفة قوية وعلاقات مع المنظمات الثقافية الإقليمية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إنشاء وإدارة علاقات مع الكيانات الثقافية الإقليمية والدولية ذات الصلة والبرامج/الفعاليات المتوافقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 6 إلى 10 سنوات مع خلفية قوية في البرمجة الثقافية أو إدارة الفعاليات أو المبادرات التراثية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع البرامج الثقافية الإقليمية أو المبادرات التراثية أو الأنشطة الثقافية المجتمعية.
- فهم قوي للثقافات والتقاليد والتنوع التراثي السعودي الإقليمي.
- خبرة في ضمان التمثيل الأصيل والدقة الثقافية عبر مساهمين متعددين.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين بما في ذلك الجهات الحكومية والممثلين الإقليميين والمؤسسات الثقافية.
- القدرة على تنسيق ومواءمة أصحاب المصلحة المتنوعين ذوي التوقعات والمتطلبات المختلفة.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات منظمة أو تحت قيادة حكومية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط وتقديم برامج متعددة الأنشطة أو متعددة المواقع.
- القدرة على إدارة مسارات برامج متوازية عبر مناطق أو مواقع مختلفة.
- خبرة في ترجمة خطط البرامج عالية المستوى إلى جداول زمنية مفصلة وخطط تنفيذ.
- خبرة في العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات لضمان جدوى البرنامج وتقديمه.
- فهم الخدمات اللوجستية للموقع وإدارة السعة وقيود الفعاليات.
- القدرة على دعم التقديم في بيئات حية وسريعة الخطى.
- خبرة في المهرجانات الثقافية واسعة النطاق أو الفعاليات الوطنية أو برامج الوجهات.
- التعرض لبيئات برامج متعددة المناطق أو متعددة الثقافات.
- خبرة في مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح أو التشغيل تعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للثقافة والتراث السعودي الإقليمي.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وإدارة العلاقات.
- القدرة على تقديم الفعاليات/البرامج.

- Develop, produce, deliver, and manage detailed programming plans for all regional pavilions, aligned with the overall programming calendar
- Structure daily and seasonal schedules across regions to ensure diversity, balance, and continuous visitor engagement
- Coordinate delivery of performances, demonstrations, and experiences across regional zones
- Curate authentic regional content in collaboration with regional entities and cultural stakeholders
- Ensure consistency in quality, storytelling, and visitor experience across all regional pavilions
- Define program requirements, themes, and cultural narratives for each region
- Manage relationships with regional representatives, government entities, and cultural institutions
- Coordinate participation, logistics, and readiness of all regional contributors
- Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and cultural objectives
- Coordinate with Operations, FM, and Asset teams to ensure readiness of all regional spaces
- Ensure program feasibility, scheduling, and capacity planning across pavilions
- Support setup, rehearsals, and live delivery across all regions
- Monitor visitor engagement and attendance across regional programs
- Identify underperforming areas and implement improvements
- Ensure consistent delivery standards across all regional experiences
- Drive financial performance of regional programs through program planning, development, and delivery
- Work with Commercial to identify and develop revenue opportunities that support program financial sustainability
- Maintain strong knowledge of and relationships with regional cultural organizations and stakeholders
- Establish and manage relationships with relevant regional and international cultural entities and aligned programs/events

- 6-10 years of experience, with a strong background in cultural programming, event management, or heritage-related initiatives
- Proven experience working with regional cultural programs, heritage initiatives, or community-based cultural activities
- Strong understanding of Saudi regional cultures, traditions, and heritage diversity
- Experience ensuring authentic representation and cultural accuracy across multiple contributors
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders, including:
- Government entities
- Regional representatives
- Cultural institutions
- Ability to coordinate and align diverse stakeholders with varying expectations and requirements
- Experience working within structured or government-led environments is preferred
- Proven experience in planning and delivering multi-activity or multi-location programs
- Ability to manage parallel program streams across different zones or locations
- Experience translating high-level programming plans into detailed schedules and execution plans
- Experience working closely with operations teams to ensure program feasibility and delivery
- Understanding of site logistics, capacity management, and event constraints
- Ability to support delivery in live, fast-paced environments
- Experience in large-scale cultural festivals, national events, or destination programming
- Exposure to multi-regional or multi-cultural program environments
- Experience in pre-opening or activation phases is an advantage
