القدية هي الوجهة الرئيسية في المملكة العربية السعودية للترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، وهي ركيزة أساسية من رؤية 2030، وتقع بالقرب من الرياض. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى قيادة تخطيط وتقديم البرامج الثقافية الرائدة والتجارب المحورية التي تشكل نقطة جذب رئيسية ضمن برنامج الثقافة والتراث في القدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وإدارة البرامج الثقافية الرائدة والتجارب المميزة
- تحديد المفاهيم والموضوعات والأشكال للبرامج عالية التأثير
- ضمان أن تكون البرامج المحورية بمثابة نقاط جذب رئيسية ضمن العرض العام
- دعم شراء الشركاء من الجهات الخارجية لتمكين تطوير وتقديم البرامج الثقافية
- الإشراف على تنفيذ العروض الكبرى والفعاليات المحورية
- التنسيق بين فرق متعددة لضمان التسليم على نطاق واسع
- ضمان التوافق مع متطلبات العمليات والأصول والتقنية
- إدارة العلاقات مع المؤدين والشركاء والمساهمين البارزين
- تنسيق العقود والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات التسليم
- ضمان تجربة تقديم عالية الجودة
- مراقبة أداء البرامج المحورية (الحضور والمشاركة والظهور)
- تحديد فرص تعزيز التأثير والوصول
- ضمان مساهمة البرامج المحورية في الأداء المالي العام
- ضمان دمج البرامج المحورية ضمن التقويم البرامجي الأوسع
- مواءمة التوقيت والتمركز لتعظيم تدفق الزوار والمشاركة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10+ سنوات في تقديم برامج ثقافية أو عروض أو تجارب رئيسية واسعة النطاق وعالية المستوى
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتقديم برامج أو أحداث رئيسية عالية التأثير ضمن المهرجانات أو المنصات الثقافية أو بيئات الترفيه
- خبرة في إدارة برامج معقدة وعالية الظهور تجذب جمهورًا واسعًا وتدفع حركة الزوار
- فهم قوي لوضع البرامج وجاذبية الجمهور وتصميم التجارب على نطاق واسع
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع مؤدين أو فنانين أو شخصيات ثقافية بارزة
- خبرة في العمل مع شركاء استراتيجيين وكيانات إنتاجية
- القدرة على إدارة العقود والتوقعات والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات التسليم للمشاركين المميزين
- مهارات قوية في إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة والشركاء
- خبرة في إدارة التسليم الكامل للإنتاجات واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك الجوانب التقنية والتشغيلية وجدولة المواعيد
- القدرة على التنسيق بين فرق متعددة (العمليات والتقنية والتجارية والتسويق) لتقديم برامج معقدة
- خبرة في إدارة متطلبات برامج متعددة المستويات، بما في ذلك التجهيز والبروفات والتقديم المباشر
- القدرة على تقديم البرامج في بيئات سريعة الخطى وعالية الضغط ومواعيد زمنية ضيقة
- قدرة مثبتة على تطوير برامج تزيد من الحضور والمشاركة والنتائج التجارية

- Develop and manage flagship cultural programs and signature experiences
- Define concepts, themes, and formats for high-impact programs
- Ensure anchor programs act as key attractions within the overall offering
- Support the procurement of third-party partners to enable the development and delivery of cultural programming
- Oversee execution of major performances and anchor events
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure delivery at scale
- Ensure alignment with Operations, Asset, and technical requirements
- Manage relationships with high-profile performers, partners, and contributors
- Coordinate contracts, schedules, and delivery requirements
- Ensure premium-quality experience delivery
- Monitor performance of anchor programs (attendance, engagement, visibility)
- Identify opportunities to enhance impact and reach
- Ensure anchor programs contribute to overall financial performance
- Ensure anchor programs are integrated within the broader programming calendar
- Align timing and positioning to maximize visitor flow and engagement
- Attendance at anchor events

- Experience in high-profile event or program management
- Strong coordination and delivery capability
- Ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs
- 7-10+ years of experience, with a strong background in delivering large-scale, high-profile cultural programs, performances, or flagship experiences
- Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact, flagship programs or headline events within festivals, cultural platforms, or entertainment environments
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility programs that attract large audiences and drive visitation
- Strong understanding of program positioning, audience appeal, and experience design at scale
- Demonstrated experience working with:
- High-profile performers, artists, or cultural figures
- Strategic partners and production entities
- Ability to manage contracts, expectations, schedules, and delivery requirements for premium participants
- Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders and partners
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale productions, including technical, operational, and scheduling aspects
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (Operations, Technical, Commercial, Marketing) to deliver complex programs
- Experience managing multi-layered program requirements, including staging, rehearsals, and live delivery
- Ability to deliver programs in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to develop programs that drive attendance, engagement, and commercial outcomes
- Understanding of how anchor programs contribute to:
- Visitor attraction
- Dwell time
- Sponsorship value
- Experience aligning programming with commercial and marketing objectives
- Experience in:
- Major national or international events
- Cultural festivals or entertainment platforms
- Exposure to large-scale productions or live performances is highly preferred
- Experience in pre-opening or launch of flagship programs is an advantage
