تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مصمم جرافيك وأخصائي وسائط متعددة ذي توجه إبداعي وتقني متقدم (AI-First) لدعم مشروع رئيسي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

هذه ليست وظيفة تصميم جرافيك تقليدية. سيجمع المرشح الناجح بين أساسيات التصميم القوية والقدرات المتقدمة في إنشاء الصور بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي، والسرد البصري، وتصميم العروض التقديمية، وإنشاء محتوى الفيديو. يتوقع منه استخدام برامج التصميم المعتمدة والأدوات التوليدية للذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة لإنتاج مواد عالية الجودة واحترافية وجذابة بصريًا بكفاءة. سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع قيادة المشروع والفرق الفنية وأصحاب المصلحة وأخصائيي الاتصالات لترجمة المعلومات المعقدة إلى محتوى بصري واضح وجذاب ومتسق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم تقارير المشاريع عالية الجودة والوثائق الفنية والمقترحات والكتيبات والملخصات التنفيذية والرسوم البيانية وغيرها من اتصالات المشروع.
  • تطوير وصيانة قوالب المستندات المهنية والأنظمة البصرية ومعايير التصميم الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • إنتاج تخطيطات متطورة للمواد الرقمية والمطبوعة.
  • تحويل المعلومات الفنية والاستراتيجية والتشغيلية إلى سرديات بصرية واضحة وسهلة المنال.
  • ضمان الاتساق مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية للمنظمة والمشروع.
  • تجهيز الأعمال الفنية النهائية وملفات جاهزة للإنتاج للنشر الرقمي والطباعة الاحترافية.
  • دعم التحسين البصري للوثائق الكبيرة والمعقدة، خاصة تلك التي تشمل عدة مساهمين وتخصصات فنية.
  • إنشاء عروض تقديمية مصقولة لكبار القيادة والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين وفرق المشروع.
  • تحويل معلومات المشروع المعقدة والبيانات والمحتوى الفني إلى شرائح موجزة وجذابة بصريًا.
  • تطوير الرسوم البيانية وخرائط العمليات والجداول الزمنية ولوحات المعلومات والأيقونات ورسومات العروض التقديمية المخصصة.
  • تحسين العروض التقديمية الحالية من خلال تخطيط أقوى وتسلسل هرمي بصري وسرد وتصميم معلومات.
  • استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدية المتقدمة لتطوير الصور والمفاهيم البصرية والقصص المصورة وخيارات التصميم والأصول الإبداعية.
  • إنشاء وتحسين prompts (أوامر نصية) مفصلة لتحقيق مخرجات متسقة وعالية الجودة ومناسبة للمشروع.
  • استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لتسريع تطوير المفهوم وتحسين الصورة وتوليد الخلفيات والتصور والتجريب الإبداعي.
  • الحفاظ على الاتساق البصري عبر الأصول المولدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، خاصة عند إنتاج بيئات أو شخصيات أو عناصر معمارية أو محتوى ذي علامة تجارية متكررة.
  • تطبيق مراقبة الجودة المناسبة لضمان دقة واحترافية المواد المولدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وملاءمتها للاستخدام أمام العملاء.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات الناشئة في التصميم التوليدي وإنشاء الصور وسير العمل الإبداعي الممكّن بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • إنتاج فيديوهات قصيرة وأفلام مشروع ومحتوى تواصلي اجتماعي واتصالات تنفيذية وأصول فيديو جاهزة للعروض التقديمية.
  • تحرير اللقطات والمشاهد المولدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والتعليق الصوتي والموسيقى والترجمات والانتقالات والرسوم المتحركة إلى مخرجات متماسكة وجذابة.
  • تطوير القصص المصورة وقوائم اللقطات والمعالجات البصرية قبل الإنتاج.
  • إنتاج الرسوم البيانية المتحركة والعناوين والشعارات السفلية وعناصر الحركة ذات العلامة التجارية.
  • تحسين محتوى الفيديو للعروض التقديمية والمنصات الرقمية والفعاليات والاتصالات الداخلية.
  • العمل مباشرة مع فرق المشروع لفهم المتطلبات وتوضيح الموجز والتوصية بأفضل نهج بصري.
  • التعاون مع قيادة المشروع والفريق الأوسع لتحديد متطلبات التصميم الفورية والطويلة الأجل.
  • إدارة طلبات التصميم المتعددة والأولويات مع الحفاظ على الجودة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
  • التنسيق مع الطابعات الخارجيين والوكالات والمصورين ومصوري الفيديو والموردين الآخرين عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على مكتبة منظمة لملفات المصادر القابلة للتحرير والقوالب والأصول المعتمدة والصور والمخرجات النهائية.
  • تقديم إرشادات للمساهمين في المشروع حول الاستخدام الفعال للقوالب والمعايير البصرية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مهنية في التصميم الجرافيكي أو الاتصالات البصرية أو إنتاج الوسائط المتعددة أو مجال إبداعي ذي صلة.
  • محفظة أعمال ممتازة تظهر مهارات قوية في التصميم الجرافيكي وتخطيط المستندات وتصميم العروض التقديمية والسرد البصري.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرامج Adobe Creative Cloud، خاصة Adobe InDesign وIllustrator وPhotoshop وAcrobat Pro وPremiere Pro وAfter Effects.
  • قدرة قوية في Microsoft PowerPoint بما في ذلك تصميم العروض التقديمية على المستوى التنفيذي.
  • الإلمام بأدوات مثل Figma وCanva وBlender وCinema 4D أو منصات التصميم والتصور الأخرى ذات الصلة يعتبر ميزة.

  • يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في الرياض أو مستعدًا للانتقال إليها.

Job Description

WSP in the Middle East are seeking a highly creative, technically capable and AI-first Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist to support a major project based in Riyadh, KSA.

This is not a traditional graphic design position. The successful candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with advanced capability in AI-assisted image generation, visual storytelling, presentation design and video content creation. They will be expected to use both established design software and emerging generative AI tools to produce high-quality, professional and visually compelling materials efficiently.

The role will work closely with project leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders and communications specialists to translate complex information into clear, engaging and consistent visual content.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Document Production

  • Design high-quality project reports, technical documents, proposals, brochures, executive summaries, infographics and other project communications.
  • Develop and maintain professional document templates, visual systems and project-specific design standards.
  • Produce sophisticated layouts for both digital and print materials.
  • Transform technical, strategic and operational information into clear and accessible visual narratives.
  • Ensure consistency with organisational and project brand guidelines.
  • Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for digital publication and professional printing.
  • Support the visual enhancement of large and complex documents, particularly those involving multiple contributors and technical disciplines.


Presentation and Executive Communication

  • Create polished presentations for senior leadership, clients, government stakeholders and project teams.
  • Convert complex project information, data and technical content into concise and visually engaging slides.
  • Develop diagrams, process maps, timelines, dashboards, icons and bespoke presentation graphics.
  • Improve existing presentations through stronger layout, visual hierarchy, storytelling and information design.


AI-Assisted Creative Production

  • Use advanced generative AI tools to develop images, visual concepts, storyboards, design options and creative assets.
  • Create and refine detailed prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality and project-appropriate outputs.
  • Use AI to accelerate concept development, image enhancement, background generation, visualisation and creative experimentation.
  • Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated assets, particularly when producing recurring environments, characters, architectural elements or branded content.
  • Apply appropriate quality control to ensure AI-generated materials are accurate, professional and suitable for client-facing use.
  • Keep informed about emerging developments in generative design, image creation and AI-enabled creative workflows.

Experience with every platform is not required, but the candidate must demonstrate strong practical experience with several advanced AI image or video tools and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Video and Motion Content

  • Create short-form videos, project films, social content, executive communications and presentation-ready video assets.
  • Edit footage, AI-generated scenes, voice-over, music, captions, transitions and motion graphics into coherent and engaging outputs.
  • Develop storyboards, shot lists and visual treatments before production.
  • Produce animated diagrams, titles, lower thirds and branded motion elements.
  • Optimise video content for presentations, digital platforms, events and internal communications.


Collaboration and Project Support

  • Work directly with project teams to understand requirements, clarify briefs and recommend the most effective visual approach.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and the wider team to establish the project’s immediate and longer-term design requirements.
  • Manage multiple design requests and priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external printers, agencies, photographers, videographers and other suppliers when required.
  • Maintain an organised library of editable source files, templates, approved assets, imagery and final outputs.
  • Provide guidance to project contributors on the effective use of templates and visual standards.


Qualifications

  • Professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia production or a related creative discipline.
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, document layout, presentation design and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong capability in Microsoft PowerPoint, including executive-level presentation design.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Blender, Cinema 4D or other relevant design and visualisation platforms would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable experience using advanced generative AI image and video tools in a professional context.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, hierarchy, branding and information design.
  • Ability to work with technical, engineering, architectural or project-related information.
  • Competence in basic video editing, motion graphics, sound selection and content sequencing.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quality-check work before release.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic-language capability and experience producing bilingual Arabic-English materials would be highly advantageous.
  • Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.


Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

  • Engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure or the built environment
  • Major programmes or large-scale development projects
  • Government, public-sector or executive stakeholder communications
  • Bid, proposal or work-winning design
  • Corporate reporting and technical publication design
