شركة القدية للاستثمار تبحث عن Senior Manager - Advanced Analytics للعمل في الرياض، لتعزيز قدرات التحليل المتقدم وقيادة اتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات. في هذا الدور المحوري، ستستخدم تقنيات تحليلية متقدمة لاستخراج الرؤى التي تدعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية والتحسينات التشغيلية، مع قيادة فريق موهوب من علماء البيانات والمحللين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة التطوير والتخطيط لفريق التحليل المتقدم
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لاقتراح حالات استخدام البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والحصول على التمويل اللازم، وتخطيط الموارد والميزانية للتنفيذ
- إدارة الطلب والتسليم لحالات الاستخدام، وجدولة مواعيد واقعية وتحديد أولويات العناصر في قائمة المهام والتراكم، مع ضمان الشفافية مع أصحاب المصلحة. إدارة تسليم حالات الاستخدام مع البائعين المختلفين
- العمل بتعاون وثيق مع فريق هندسة وهندسة البيانات وفريق خدمة BI لضمان توفر البيانات
- العمل بتعاون وثيق مع فريق استراتيجية البيانات والحوكمة في تحديد وتحديث استراتيجية البيانات والتحليلات
- ضمان توافق مشاريع التحليل المتقدم مع الأهداف التنظيمية
- ضمان استخدام منصة تحليل البيانات وأدوات التصور لتقديم الرؤى إلى أصحاب المصلحة
- جمع التقارير حول مقاييس التقدم والعقبات/التأخيرات بشكل منتظم
- البحث وتنفيذ التقنيات والأدوات المتطورة في التعلم الآلي/التعلم العميق/الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحليل البيانات بكفاءة
- تحديد أفضل الممارسات في النمذجة التحليلية وتطبيقها على تطوير حالات الاستخدام التي تدعم أهداف الأعمال
- تقديم المشورة لفرق المنتج حول المنتجات أو الميزات أو التحديثات الجديدة من خلال توصيات مبنية على البيانات، والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات
- فهم عميق للتحليل الكمي والنماذج التنبؤية والتوجيهية. إتقان أدوات التحليل المتقدمة
- مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال وإدارة الفريق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وإدارة المشاريع والتفكير النقدي والتحليل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير أو دكتوراه في مجال كمي مثل علوم البيانات أو الإحصاء أو الرياضيات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التحليلات أو علوم البيانات أو المجالات ذات الصلة، مع تركيز قوي على الأدوار القيادية
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير ونشر النماذج التنبؤية والاستفادة من تحليلات البيانات الضخمة
- كفاءة عالية في أدوات تصور البيانات مثل Tableau أو Power BI أو ما يشابهها
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة مع القدرة على نقل المفاهيم التحليلية المعقدة إلى جماهير غير تقنية
- خبرة في لغات البرمجة ذات الصلة بتحليل البيانات (مثل Python أو R أو SQL)

The Senior Manager will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for advanced analytics, develop predictive models, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation and analytics within the company, ensuring that data is at the forefront of our decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing development and planning activities for the advanced analytics team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to propose data & AI use case and get required funding, plan resources and budget for implementation
- Manage the demand and delivery for use cases, plan realistic timelines and prioritize items in pipeline and backlog ensuring transparency with stakeholders. Manage use cases delivery with different vendors
- Work in close collaboration with data engineering & architecture and BI service team to ensure data availability
- Work in close collaboration with data strategy and governance team in defining and refreshing data and analytics strategy
- Ensure that advanced analytics projects align with organizational goals
- Ensure utilization of data analytics platform and visualization tools to deliver insights to stakeholders
- Collect and report progress metrics and obstacles/delays on a regular basis
- Researches and implements cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence for efficient data analysis
- Identify best practices in analytical modeling and applying it to the use cases development that support business objectives
- Advises product teams on new products, features or updates through data-based recommendations. keep up-to-date with latest trends.
- Deep understanding of quantitative analysis, predictive & prescriptive models. Mastery of advanced analytic tools.
- Excellent Communication, Team Management, Stakeholder and Project Management, Critical Thinking, and analytical skills
- A Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with a strong focus on leadership roles
- Proven experience in developing and deploying predictive models and leveraging big data analytics
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with programming languages relevant to data analysis (such as Python, R, or SQL)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
