تعلن شركة Sofitel (ضمن مجموعة Accor) في منطقة مكة المكرمة عن توفر وظيفة مدير أمن (Security Manager).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات الأمن والإجراءات وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- إدارة والإشراف على أفراد الأمن والمقاولين ومزوّدي خدمات الأمن الخارجيين.
- إجراء تقييمات مخاطر أمنية والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف.
- مراقبة أنظمة الأمن بما في ذلك CCTV وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول وأنظمة الإنذار وتقنيات المراقبة الأخرى.
- التحقيق في الحوادث الأمنية والاختراقات وإعداد تقارير مفصلة.
- تنسيق إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ بما في ذلك الحرائق والإخلاء وإدارة الأزمات.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات القانونية ومعايير الأمن الصناعي.
- التخطيط وإدارة ميزانيات الأمن والموارد والمعدات.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق أمنية وتفتيش وتقييمات ثغرات بشكل دوري.
- تقديم تدريب توعوي أمني للموظفين والمقاولين.

- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- معرفة بأنظمة الأمن المادي والتحكم في الدخول وعمليات CCTV.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- إدارة الأزمات والتخطيط للاستجابة للطوارئ.
- تقييم المخاطر والتدقيق الأمني.
- مهارات كتابة التقارير والتوثيق.
- إدارة الميزانية وتخطيط الموارد.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة الأمن.
- الخبرة السابقة تعد ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتشكل اللغات الإضافية ميزة.

Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, contractors, and third-party security providers.
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other surveillance technologies.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, evacuation, and crisis management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry security standards.
- Plan and manage security budgets, resources, and equipment.
- Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and vulnerability assessments.
- Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
