المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات وإجراءات شاملة للسلامة والأمن
- قيادة عمليات الأمن المادي، بما في ذلك التحكم في الدخول وأنظمة المراقبة وتوظيف الأمن والاستجابة للحوادث
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتنفيذ إجراءات للتخفيف من المخاطر التشغيلية والمادية والأمنية
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والأمن المحلية والوطنية والدولية
- تطوير وصيانة خطط الطوارئ واستمرارية الأعمال وإدارة الأزمات
- قيادة التحقيقات في الحوادث والحوادث الأمنية والعنف في مكان العمل وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- الإشراف على برامج السلامة من الحرائق وإجراءات الإخلاء في حالات الطوارئ وأنظمة السلامة الحيوية
- إدارة تقنيات الأمن مثل CCTV وأنظمة كشف التسلل وإدارة الزوار والتحكم في الدخول
- التنسيق مع جهات إنفاذ القانون وخدمات الطوارئ والهيئات التنظيمية ومزودي الأمن الخارجيين
- تطوير وإدارة الميزانيات والعقود وشراء معدات وخدمات السلامة والأمن
- وضع مؤشرات أداء رئيسية (KPIs) وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن أداء السلامة والأمن للإدارة التنفيذية
- قيادة لجان السلامة وإجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش ومراجعات امتثال دورية
- تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية في السلامة والأمن للموظفين والمقاولين
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة الاستباقية من خلال حملات التوعية ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
- الإشراف على وتوجيه وتقييم موظفي السلامة والأمن
- ضمان تنفيذ خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ والحفاظ على أنظمة السلامة الحيوية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة محترف حماية معتمد (Certified Protection Professional - CPP)
- شهادة محترف سلامة معتمد (Certified Safety Professional - CSP)
- شهادات في الصحة والسلامة المهنية (مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH)
- شهادة محترف استمرارية الأعمال معتمد (Certified Business Continuity Professional - CBCP)
- تدريب في الإسعافات الأولية / الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (First Aid/CPR) ونظام قيادة الحوادث (Incident Command System - ICS)
المهارات المطلوبة
- الخبرة السابقة تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع نظام Opera أو نظام مشابه
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات

Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead physical security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, security staffing, and incident response.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate operational, physical, and security risks.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety and security regulations.
- Develop and maintain emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management plans.
- Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, security breaches, and workplace violence, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Oversee fire safety programs, emergency evacuation procedures, and life safety systems.
- Manage security technologies, including CCTV, intrusion detection systems, visitor management, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, regulatory agencies, and external security providers.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, contracts, and procurement of safety and security equipment and services.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on safety and security performance to executive leadership.
- Lead safety committees and conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Develop and deliver safety and security training programs for employees and contractors.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate safety and security personnel.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Occupational Health and Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
