تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة "مدير التقارير" (Reporting Manager) للسعوديين في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن برنامج بنية تحتية رئيسي لتطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يهدف ليكون معلماً عالمياً في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير متطلبات إعداد التقارير لسلسلة التوريد بالتنسيق مع فريق مراقبة المشاريع لدى العميل.
- وضع معايير وسياسات وإجراءات إعداد التقارير.
- التنسيق مع فريق إدارة البرنامج في جميع جوانب مراقبة المشاريع.
- إدارة سلسلة التوريد لضمان إعداد التقارير في الوقت المحدد.
- إنتاج جميع التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية للبرنامج.
- إدارة فريق من مساعدي إعداد التقارير (عند الحاجة).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو الهندسة المعمارية أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة.
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مشابه بالمشاريع.
- خبرة إقليمية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة).
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop, in accordance with the client project controls team, the reporting requirements for the supply chain.
- Developing reporting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure timely reporting.
- Produce all weekly and monthly reports for the programme.
- Manage a team of reporting assistants (where required).
- BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
- Minimum relevant experience 5 years in the role projects.
- Minimum Regional Experience 5years.
- Good standard of spoken and written English.
- Arabic language skills desirable.
- Leadership.
- Planning & organising.
- Able to work at all levels in an organisation.
- Team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus.
