تعلن شركة International Maritime Industries عن وظيفة Logistic Operation Specialist في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تنسيق وإدارة عمليات اللوجستيات من البداية إلى النهاية لضمان تسليم المواد بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وبتكلفة فعالة، وذلك من خلال التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة والإشراف على مزودي خدمات اللوجستيات ومراقبة الشحنات والتحكم في التكاليف والفواتير ومواءمة العمليات مع سياسات الشركة و incoterms ومتطلبات المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة.
  • التعاون مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة لفهم الاحتياجات والمتطلبات والاتفاق على سير العمل.
  • وضع خطة لوجستية وحركة المواد من المورد إلى الشركة والتواصل مع مزود خدمة اللوجستيات.
  • تقديم عروض أسعار لتوصيل المواد إلى فريق المشتريات/المقدر.
  • إدارة جدول تسليم المواد للمشروع (بحري، جوي، بري).
  • مراقبة وإدارة أداء مزود خدمة اللوجستيات وضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء المتفق عليها.
  • متابعة الشحنات مع مزود خدمة اللوجستيات والحصول على تحديث دقيق لحالة الشحنات.
  • التحقق من فواتير مزود خدمة اللوجستيات وإدارتها في نظام ERP.
  • إدارة عملية التشغيل بين الشركة ومزود خدمة اللوجستيات بدءًا من إرسال طلب عرض السعر حتى دفع فاتورة مزود الخدمة.
  • العمل عن كثب مع فريق المشتريات لتحديد incoterms لتسليم المواد (FOB, CFR, CIF, FAS... إلخ) وضمان التسليم الآمن وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • التعاون مع فريق المشتريات لتطوير سير عمل لتدفق المستندات من الموردين إلى أقسام اللوجستيات.
  • التنسيق مع المالية للمدفوعات الخاصة بخدمات اللوجستيات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال الوظيفة ذي الصلة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of materials by collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing logistics service providers, monitoring shipments,

controlling costs and invoices, and aligning processes with IMI policies, incoterms, and project requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Adhere to IMI policies and safety standards.
  • Work with all the stakeholders to understand the needs and wants and agree on work process.
  • Develop logistics plan and materials movements from supplier to IMI and communicate the same with the logistics services provider.
  • Provide quotations for materials delivery to purchasing team/estimator.
  • Manage the project materials delivery schedule (SEA, AIR, ROAD)
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the logistics service provider and ensure the performance is meeting the agreed KPI.
  • Follow up the shipments with the logistics services provider and have an accurate update about the status of the shipments.
  • Verify and manage the logistics service provider invoices in ERP system.
  • Manage the operation process between IMI and the logistics services provider starting from sending the RFQ until the payment of the service provider invoice.
  • Work closely with purchasing team to identify the materials delivery incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF, FAS…etc.) and ensure safe and on time delivery of materials.
  • Work with the purchasing team to develop a work process for the flow of documents from suppliers to logistics departments.
  • Liaise with finance for payments for the logistics services.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


Experience

  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in related job’s role.
