المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم نقل آمن وفعّال للضيوف في جميع أنحاء المنتجع.
- الترحيب بالضيوف بحرارة وتقديم خدمة استثنائية خلال كل رحلة.
- مساعدة الضيوف عند الصعود والنزول من العربات، وضمان راحتهم وسلامتهم طوال الوقت.
- نقل الضيوف بين الفيلات وغرف النزلاء والمطاعم ومرافق العافية والشواطئ والمواقع الأخرى في المنتجع.
- دعم وصول ومغادرة الضيوف من خلال المساعدة في الأمتعة وتنسيق النقل.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات النقل الواردة عبر قنوات الاتصال التشغيلية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الكونسيرج ومكتب الاستقبال ومكتب الاستعلامات وفرق تجربة الضيوف.
- تقديم معلومات أساسية للضيوف حول مرافق المنتجع والفعاليات والخدمات.
- دعم تحركات الضيوف من فئة VIP وترتيبات النقل الخاصة.
- ضمان أن تكون عربات النقل نظيفة وجاهزة للتشغيل في جميع الأوقات.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للعربات والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات صيانة فور ظهورها.
- اتباع جميع قواعد المرور الخاصة بالمنتجع وإجراءات السلامة والإرشادات التشغيلية.
- ضمان التعامل الآمن مع ممتلكات الضيوف أثناء النقل.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأنشطة المنتجع وفترات الذروة التشغيلية لدعم احتياجات الضيوف.
- الالتزام بمعايير الضيافة الفاخرة من خلال المظهر المهني والعناية الشخصية والتفاعل مع الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وفقاً للوائح المحلية.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الضيافة أو خدمات الضيوف أو النقل أو خدمة العملاء (يفضّل أن تكون).
- الخبرة في بيئة فندق فاخر أو منتجع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات تعامل مع الآخرين.
- امتلاك عقلية خدمة ضيوف ممتازة وموقف مهني.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الحفاظ على التعاون العالي.
- وعي قوي بإجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.
- اللياقة البدنية والقدرة على مساعدة الضيوف في حمل الأمتعة عند الحاجة.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً ومهنياً في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- مهارات تواصل أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة.
- شغف بالضيافة وخلق تجارب ضيوف لا تُنسى.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for guests throughout the resort.
- Welcome guests warmly and deliver exceptional service during every journey.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting buggies, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Transport guests between villas, guestrooms, restaurants, wellness facilities, beaches, and other resort locations.
- Support guest arrivals and departures by assisting with luggage and transportation coordination.
- Respond promptly to transportation requests received through operational communication channels.
- Coordinate closely with Concierge, Bell Desk, Front Office, and Guest Experience teams.
- Provide guests with basic information about resort facilities, events, and services.
- Support VIP guest movements and special transportation arrangements.
- Ensure buggy vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for operation at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Follow all resort traffic rules, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure the safe handling of guest belongings during transportation.
- Maintain awareness of resort activities and peak operational periods to support guest needs.
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest engagement.
- Valid driving license in accordance with local regulations.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service mindset and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
- Strong awareness of safety and operational procedures.
- Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
