تعلن شركة صافولا عن توفر وظيفة قائد الأسطول - التجارة الإلكترونية - عمليات التنفيذ في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على أسطول التوصيل وضمان عمليات نقل فعالة وآمنة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للأسطول بما في ذلك تخصيص المركبات وجدولة وتتبع الشحنات لضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد.
- قيادة فريق من السائقين والإشراف عليهم لضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة وأداء المهام.
- تنسيق الصيانة الدورية وإصلاحات الأسطول لضمان صلاحية المركبات للطرق وسلامتها وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تتبع مؤشرات أداء الأسطول مثل كفاءة استهلاك الوقود وأوقات التوصيل وتكاليف الصيانة واتخاذ إجراءات لتحسين الأداء وخفض التكاليف.
- ضمان امتثال جميع عمليات الأسطول للوائح القانونية وبروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الشركة، وإجراء فحوصات سلامة وتدريب للسائقين بانتظام.
- التعاون مع فريق الخدمات اللوجستية لتحسين مسارات التوصيل وتقليل استهلاك الوقود وزيادة كفاءة أوقات التوصيل.
- إدارة ميزانية الأسطول لضمان عمليات فعالة من حيث التكلفة مع الحفاظ على مستويات خدمة عالية، وتحديد فرص لخفض النفقات والتحسين التشغيلي.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين الخارجيين بما في ذلك شركات تأجير المركبات وموردي الوقود وخدمات الصيانة لضمان جودة الخدمة وأسعار تنافسية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لفحوصات المركبات والإصلاحات واستهلاك الوقود وأداء السائقين، وإعداد تقارير أداء الأسفلت لإدارة المراجعة.
- تقديم تدريب وتطوير مستمر للسائقين لضمان امتلاكهم المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لأداء أدوارهم بفعالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الأسطول أو الخدمات اللوجستية، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور قيادي يشرف على السائقين والمركبات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.
- قدرة ممتازة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- معرفة بأفضل ممارسات صيانة المركبات وإدارة الأسطول.
- القدرة على إدارة الميزانيات والتحكم في التكاليف.
- الإلمام ببرامج إدارة الأسطول وأدوات التتبع.

Job Purpose
The Fleet Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's delivery fleet to ensure the efficient and timely transportation of goods. This role focuses on ensuring that the fleet operates safely, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all legal and company requirements. The Fleet Lead also monitors the performance of drivers, manages vehicle maintenance schedules, and implements strategies to optimize fleet operations.

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing drivers and vehicles

- Fleet Performance Monitoring: Track fleet performance metrics such as fuel efficiency, delivery times, and maintenance costs, and take action to improve fleet performance and reduce costs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all fleet operations comply with legal regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct regular safety checks and driver training.
- Route Optimization: Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes, reduce fuel consumption, and increase efficiency in delivery times.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage the fleet budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards. Identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, including vehicle leasing companies, fuel suppliers, and maintenance service providers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, fuel usage, and driver performance. Prepare reports on fleet performance for management review.
- Team Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for drivers to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively.
