شركة صافولا تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Category Manager - Frozen & Importation في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات والهامش والإيرادات الأخرى والهامش التجاري الإجمالي للفئة المحددة من خلال وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية فئة تركز على العملاء وتحقق التوازن بين الأداء المالي والابتكار والتميز والتجارب المتميزة داخل المتجر، مما يضمن النمو المستدام والمساهمة في إيرادات وأرباح شركة بنده للتجزئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات فئة الأغذية الطازجة لضمان تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات والهامش والربحية بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وسلوك العملاء ونشاط المنافسين لتحديد فرص النمو والابتكار والتميز داخل الفئة.
- تخطيط وإدارة التشكيلة السعرية والعروض الترويجية لضمان التوافق مع تفضيلات العملاء والأداء المالي للفئة.
- التفاوض وإدارة اتفاقيات الموردين والشروط التجارية لضمان التكلفة والهامش المثاليين وتحقيق إيرادات إضافية للشركة.
- التعاون مع فرق سلسلة التوريد والمساحة والتشكيلة والتسويق لضمان تنفيذ خطط الفئة بشكل فعال وتوافر المنتجات في المتاجر.
- تقييم أداء الفئة باستخدام تقارير المبيعات والهامش والربحية لضمان اتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات والتحسين المستمر.
- قيادة مبادرات الابتكار وتطوير المنتجات لضمان تقديم عروض فريدة وعالية الجودة وذات صلة بالعملاء.
- إدارة وتطوير علاقات الموردين لضمان شراكات طويلة الأمد تحقق قيمة مستدامة وميزة تنافسية.
- تدريب ودعم أعضاء فريق الفئة والتسويق التجاري لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية وبناء قدرات قوية في إدارة الفئات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً.
- معرفة باستخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- معرفة باستخدام برنامج البريد الإلكتروني (Outlook).
- مهارات تفاوض قوية.

Job Purpose:

key Accountability:
- Develop and execute category strategies for Fresh Food to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation within the category.
- Plan and manage assortment, pricing, and promotions to ensure alignment with customer preferences and category financial performance.
- Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and trading terms to ensure optimal cost, margin, and additional income generation for the business.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Space & Range, and Marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of category plans and availability in stores.
- Evaluate category performance using sales, margin, and profitability reports to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead innovation and product development initiatives to ensure introduction of unique, high-quality, and customer-relevant offerings.
- Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable value and competitive advantage.
