Role Description The Customer Service Intern role at Talenzia is a hybrid position based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work from home. This internship involves responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. The intern will support the customer service team by logging interactions, tracking issues, and following up to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with service-related documentation, updating client records, and escalating complex concerns to senior staff when needed. The role also offers exposure to professional services operations, allowing the intern to learn best practices in client communication and service delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with an interest in improving client interactions.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Riyadh, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-motivation.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing) preferred.
