Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role develops and executes marketing campaigns that promote Gheras Alkhairat’s date products in local and international markets, aligning activities with the company’s growth targets and brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, managing social media and digital channels, and coordinating with sales teams to support promotional initiatives. The Marketing Specialist also contributes to marketing strategy development, prepares marketing materials and presentations, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing activities based on data insights, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, segment audiences, and plan data-driven campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support revenue growth and coordinate promotional activities with sales teams.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in FMCG, agriculture, or food export industries, with familiarity in international markets and cultural nuances.
• Candidates should have proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is required
