شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مصمم CADD - مخططات إشارات المرور للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستقوم بتطوير وصيانة رسومات تخطيط إشارات المرور وخطط الأساس للتقاطعات ومعلومات جهاز التحكم والكشف وسجلات "كما تم البناء" التي تدعم عمليات هندسة المرور ومركز التحكم في حركة المرور في جميع أنحاء الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد وتحديث وصيانة مخططات CADD لخطة إشارات المرور للتقاطعات المزودة بإشارات والممرات المنسقة.
  • تطوير رسومات أساسية دقيقة للتقاطعات تظهر هندسة الطريق وتوزيع المسارات وخطوط التوقف ومعابر المشاة وأعمدة الإشارات ورؤوس الإشارات ومعدات المشاة والخزائن ومناطق الكشف وعناصر الاتصالات واللافتات والعلامات الأرضية ذات الصلة.
  • تحديث رسومات الإشارات الحالية باستخدام معلومات المسح الميداني والتصحيحات الحمراء والصور وسجلات أجهزة التحكم ورسومات الإنشاء ومعلومات "كما تم البناء" المؤكدة.
  • إعداد وصيانة خطط إشارات المرور "كما تم البناء" التي يستخدمها مهندسو المرور وموظفو مركز التحكم في حركة المرور في عمليات التشغيل وتطوير التوقيت واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتعديلات المستقبلية.
  • تنسيق معلومات الرسم مع نماذج Synchro لضمان اتساق هندسة المسار وتكوينات الاقتراب ومراجع توقيت الإشارة ومعرفات التقاطع بين النماذج التشغيلية وخطط الإشارات.
  • إعداد مخططات توقيت الإشارة وتخطيطات الكاشف وجداول الخزائن/المعدات وتعريف الأعمدة والرؤوس ومعلومات الخطة الداعمة الأخرى تحت إشراف هندسي.
  • دمج التغييرات المعتمدة في توقيت الإشارة والتوقيت والهندسة والكاشف والمعدات الميدانية في مجموعات الرسم الخاضعة للرقابة.
  • دعم تطوير مجموعات خطط الممرات وخرائط المواقع التي تظهر مجموعات التقاطعات المستخدمة في إدارة إشارات المرور ودراسات التقدم.
  • إجراء أنشطة التحقق الميداني أو دعمها لحل التناقضات بين الرسومات القديمة وسجلات النظام المركزي وظروف الموقع الفعلية.
  • الحفاظ على تاريخ مراجعة الرسم وتسمية الملفات واصطلاحات الطبقة ومعلومات إطار العنوان وأرقام المستندات وحالة الإصدار وفقًا لمعايير CADD ومراقبة المستندات الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • إجراء فحوصات جودة الرسم من حيث الاكتمال والوضوح واتساق الأبعاد والرموز والمراجع واستخدام الطبقة والامتثال لمعايير الرسم المعتمدة.
  • التنسيق مع مصممي الطرق وITS حيث تتفاعل تعديلات الإشارات مع التحسينات الهندسية والبنية التحتية للاتصالات والكشف والطاقة أو الأنظمة الجانبية الأخرى.
  • إنتاج مطبوعات PDF واضحة وملفات CADD قابلة للتعديل مناسبة للمراجعة الهندسية وتقديم RCRC والاستخدام الميداني والتسليم النهائي.
  • المساعدة في إعداد الرسومات والمعروضات لمفاهيم تحسين حركة المرور والتقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية وحزم التنفيذ.
  • تنظيم وصيانة مكتبة رسومات إشارات المرور بحيث يتمكن المهندسون وموظفو مركز التحكم في حركة المرور من استرداد الخطة المعتمدة الحالية أو المخطط "كما تم البناء" المؤكد لكل تقاطع بشكل موثوق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو درجة مشارك في تكنولوجيا الهندسة المدنية أو الرسم أو CADD أو تكنولوجيا النقل أو تخصص وثيق الصلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تصميم/رسم CADD في مشاريع الطرق أو إشارات المرور أو ITS أو النقل أو البنية التحتية المدنية.
  • كفاءة قوية في استخدام AutoCAD و/أو MicroStation مع قدرة مثبتة على إعداد رسومات هندسية دقيقة من التوجيه الفني والمعلومات الميدانية.
  • خبرة في إعداد رسومات إشارات المرور أو الطرق أو الكهرباء/ITS أو المرافق أو رسومات البنية التحتية المماثلة؛ يفضل خبرة مباشرة في خطط إشارات المرور.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية وهندسة الطرق ومعلومات توقيت الإشارة وتخطيطات المعدات والتصحيحات الميدانية ووثائق "كما تم البناء".
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تحديد التناقضات بين الرسومات ومعلومات النماذج والسجلات والظروف الميدانية.
  • معرفة عملية بطبقات CADD والمراجع والكتل/الخلايا والتعليقات التوضيحية والطباعة وإطارات العنوان والتحكم في المراجعة وممارسات إدارة الملفات.
  • القدرة على التنسيق مع المهندسين ودمج التعليقات الفنية بدقة وكفاءة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة للحفاظ على عدد كبير من رسومات التقاطعات وسجلات المراجعة.
  • إجادة عملية للغة الإنجليزية تكفي لفهم التعليقات الفنية وملاحظات الرسم ومعايير المشروع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة سابقة في إعداد خطط تخطيط إشارات المرور وخطط "كما تم البناء" لمركز التحكم في حركة المرور أو برنامج إدارة الإشارات على مستوى المدينة.
  • الإلمام بهندسة شبكة Synchro والمعلومات اللازمة للحفاظ على توافق النماذج التشغيلية مع رسومات الإشارات.
  • خبرة مع Civil 3D أو OpenRoads أو GIS أو ProjectWise أو منصات التصميم/إدارة المستندات الهندسية الأخرى.
  • معرفة معدات إشارات المرور وأنظمة الكشف وخزائن أجهزة التحكم والاتصالات وأعمدة/رؤوس الإشارات والعلامات الأرضية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CADD Designer - Traffic Signal Plans to join our team! In this role, you will develop and maintain accurate traffic signal layout drawings, intersection base plans, controller and detection information, and as-built records that support traffic engineering and Traffic Control Center operations across Riyadh.

You will work closely with traffic signal engineers, Synchro modelers, roadway engineers, ITS specialists, field inspectors, and TCC staff to ensure that the drawings used for operational analysis and signal management accurately reflect current field conditions and approved changes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare, update, and maintain CADD traffic signal layout plans for signalized intersections and coordinated corridors.
  • Develop accurate intersection base drawings showing roadway geometry, lane assignments, stop bars, crosswalks, signal poles, signal heads, pedestrian equipment, cabinets, detection zones, communications elements, signs, and relevant pavement markings.
  • Update existing signal drawings using field survey information, redlines, photographs, controller records, construction drawings, and verified as-built information.
  • Prepare and maintain as-built traffic signal plans used by traffic engineers and TCC staff for operations, timing development, troubleshooting, and future modifications.
  • Coordinate drawing information with Synchro models so that lane geometry, approach configurations, signal phasing references, and intersection identifiers remain consistent between operational models and signal plans.
  • Prepare signal phasing diagrams, detector layouts, cabinet/equipment schedules, pole and head identification, and other supporting plan information under engineering direction.
  • Incorporate approved traffic signal timing, phasing, geometric, detector, and field-equipment changes into controlled drawing sets.
  • Support development of corridor plan sets and location maps showing groups of intersections used for traffic signal management and progression studies.
  • Conduct or support field verification activities to resolve discrepancies between legacy drawings, central-system records, and actual site conditions.
  • Maintain drawing revision history, file naming, layer conventions, title-block information, document numbers, and issue status in accordance with project CADD and document-control standards.
  • Perform drawing quality checks for completeness, legibility, dimensional consistency, symbols, references, layer use, and conformity with approved drafting standards.
  • Coordinate with roadway and ITS designers where signal modifications interact with geometric improvements, communications infrastructure, detection, power, or other roadside systems.
  • Produce clear PDF plots and editable CADD files suitable for engineering review, RCRC submission, field use, and final handover.
  • Assist with preparation of sketches and exhibits for traffic improvement concepts, technical reports, presentations, and implementation packages.
  • Organize and maintain the traffic signal drawing library so that engineers and TCC personnel can reliably retrieve the current approved or verified as-built plan for each intersection.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, CADD, Transportation Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • 5+ years of CADD design/drafting experience on roadway, traffic signal, ITS, transportation, or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation and demonstrated ability to prepare accurate engineering plan drawings from technical direction and field information.
  • Experience preparing traffic signal, roadway, electrical/ITS, utility, or comparable infrastructure drawings; direct traffic signal plan experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, roadway geometry, signal phasing information, equipment layouts, field redlines, and as-built documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies between drawings, model information, records, and field conditions.
  • Working knowledge of CADD layers, references, blocks/cells, annotation, plotting, title blocks, revision control, and file-management practices.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers and incorporate technical comments accurately and efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills for maintaining large numbers of intersection drawings and revision records.
  • Working proficiency in English sufficient to understand technical comments, drawing notes, and project standards.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience preparing traffic signal layout and as-built plans for a Traffic Control Center or citywide signal-management program.
  • Familiarity with Synchro network geometry and the information needed to keep operational models aligned with signal drawings.
  • Experience with Civil 3D, OpenRoads, GIS, ProjectWise, or other engineering design/document-management platforms.
  • Knowledge of traffic signal equipment, detection systems, controller cabinets, communications, signal poles/heads, and pavement markings.
  • Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is desirable.
  • Arabic language skills are desirable but not required.
