- المسؤولية عن استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة، المساعدة في تنسيق النقل والأمتعة، وضمان انسيابية الحركة عند مدخل المنتجع بأسلوب يعكس الدفء والأناقة والاهتمام الذي تميز به FAENA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة عند الوصول والمغادرة لترك انطباع أول وأخير إيجابي.
- فتح الأبواب ومساعدة الضيوف عند دخول وخروج المركبات بأسلوب مهني ومهذب.
- التنسيق مع فريق خدمة الأمتعة لضمان معالجة وتوصيل الأمتعة بكفاءة.
- تقديم عناية خاصة للضيوف من فئة VIP عند الوصول والمغادرة.
- مساعدة الضيوف في الاتجاهات وترتيبات النقل والمعلومات العامة عن المنتجع.
- مراقبة وإدارة تدفق الضيوف والمركبات عند مدخل المنتجع.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع مضيفي الأمتعة وموظفي الكونسيرج وخدمة السيارات والأمن ومكتب الاستقبال.
- مساعدة الضيوف في ركوب سيارات الأجرة والعربات وغيرها من خدمات النقل.
- الحفاظ على نظافة ومظهر مدخل المنتجع ومنطقة الممرات.
- مراقبة حالات الوصول وإبلاغ الإدارات المعنية بحركة الضيوف من فئة VIP.
- دعم حالات الوصول الجماعي والفعاليات وفترات التشغيل القصوى.
- ضمان سلامة الضيوف أثناء دخول وخروج المركبات.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة أو الحوادث الأمنية أو النشاط غير المعتاد.
- تقديم خدمة المظلات وراحة الضيوف أثناء الظروف الجوية السيئة.
- الالتزام بمعايير الضيافة الفاخرة من خلال المظهر المهني والتصرف اللائق مع الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في مجال الضيافة أو خدمات الضيوف أو خدمة العملاء أو العمليات الأمامية.
- خبرة في فندق أو منتجع فاخر تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- مظهر مهني ومعايير مظهر شخصية ممتازة.

Job Description
FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a charismatic and service-oriented Doorman (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with transportation and luggage coordination, and ensuring a seamless flow of activity at the resort entrance while delivering the warmth, elegance, and attentiveness that define the FAENA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery.
- Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information.
- Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance.
- Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams.
- Assist guests with boarding taxis, buggies, and other transportation services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas.
- Monitor arrivals and communicate VIP movements to relevant departments.
- Support group arrivals, events, and peak operational periods.
- Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles.
- Report safety concerns, security incidents, or unusual activity promptly.
- Assist with umbrella service and guest comfort during adverse weather conditions.
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest interactions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or front-of-house operations preferred.
- Experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and assist with guest luggage when required.
