نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مساعد مدير مالي لمجموعة الفنادق يتمتع بالخبرة والدقة، للانضمام إلى مؤسستنا الفندقية المرموقة. سيكون الدور محورياً في تقديم القيادة المالية الاستراتيجية والإشراف على مجموعة المنتجعات الفاخرة، وضمان التميز التشغيلي والنزاهة المالية والربحية المستدامة، مع العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الإدارة العليا لدفع الأداء المالي والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة الفندقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المالية والأداء عبر عدة فنادق ضمن المجموعة، وتحليل الانحرافات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحقيق الأهداف المدرجة في الميزانية.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير مالية شاملة وتوقعات وتحليلات للإدارة العليا، وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- تطوير ومراقبة وإدارة ميزانيات الإدارات وخطط الإنفاق الرأسمالي، وضمان التخصيص الأمثل للموارد ومراقبة التكاليف.
- قيادة وتوجيه أعضاء فريق المالية، وتعزيز ثقافة التطوير المهني والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية والرقابة الداخلية ومتطلبات التدقيق والالتزامات التنظيمية الخاصة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
- التعاون مع رؤساء الإدارات لتحديد فرص تحسين التكاليف وتنفيذ مبادرات الكفاءة دون المساس بجودة الخدمة.
- إدارة وظائف الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة والأستاذ العام، وضمان دقة وتوقيت المعاملات المالية.
- تحليل مصادر الإيرادات ومعدلات الإشغال واستراتيجيات التسعير لدعم إدارة الإيرادات وأهداف الربحية.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية، والحفاظ على علاقات مهنية شفافة.
- دعم مدير المالية للمجموعة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنبؤ المالي ومبادرات الاستدامة المالية طويلة المدى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات متدرجة في مجال المالية الفندقية، مع خبرة مثبتة في الإدارة المالية متعددة الفنادق.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور إشرافي أو قيادي لإدارة فرق المالية.
- كفاءة عالية في التحليل المالي وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ وتحليل الانحرافات.
- معرفة متقدمة بالمبادئ المحاسبية والممارسات المحاسبية المقبولة عموماً والمعايير المحاسبية الخاصة بالقطاع الفندقي.
- إتقان أنظمة الإدارة المالية وبرامج المحاسبة (يفضل Oracle أو SAP أو أنظمة مماثلة).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة وإيصال النتائج بوضوح.
- قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية مع التعامل مع أولويات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتحفيز وتطوير أعضاء الفريق في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية استثنائية مع التعاون الفعال عبر جميع المستويات التنظيمية.
- معرفة البيئة التنظيمية السعودية ومتطلبات الضرائب وقوانين العمل (يفضل).
- خبرة في العمليات الفندقية الفاخرة وفهم إدارة المنتجعات الراقية (يفضل).
- الإلمام بالعمليات متعددة العملات والإدارة المالية الدولية (يفضل).
- شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA أو مؤهل محاسبي معادل (يفضل).
- فهم توقعات ضيوف الفخامة الفائقة ومواءمة العلامة التجارية.
- خبرة في التنسيق بين المشاريع والجدولة وإدارة الوثائق خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (شرط أساسي).
- نهج استباقي وتوقعي مع حس عالٍ بالملكية والمساءلة.

- Oversee financial operations and performance across multiple properties within the cluster, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions to achieve budgeted targets
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and capital expenditure plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations specific to Saudi Arabia operations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions
- Analyze revenue streams, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies to support revenue management and profitability objectives
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities, maintaining transparent and professional relationships
- Support the Cluster Director of Finance in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and long-term financial sustainability initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality finance, with demonstrated expertise in multi-property financial management
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing finance teams
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, generally accepted accounting practices, and hospitality-specific accounting standards
- Proficiency with financial management systems and accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment, tax requirements, and labor laws (preferred)
- Experience in luxury hospitality operations and understanding of high-end resort management (preferred)
- Familiarity with multi-currency operations and international financial management (preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification (preferred)
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
