فندق رافلز البحر الأحمر، جزء من مشروع البحر الأحمر الطموح في المملكة، يقدم ملاذاً من الأناقة الراقية والفخامة الخالدة ضمن وجهة البحر الأحمر الاستثنائية. يضم الفندق 361 غرفة و11 مفهوم طعام فريد، بما في ذلك مطعم فوق الماء بإطلالات على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانغروف، بالإضافة إلى منتجع صحي. يجمع الفندق بين كرم الضيافة الأسطوري لفنادق رافلز وخدماتها الشخصية مع الجمال الطبيعي وروح الاستدامة التي تميز مشروع البحر الأحمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة التنفيذية: المساعدة في الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للنادي، بما في ذلك صيانة المرافق وتعقيم المعدات، وضمان بقاء جميع المناطق منظمة وآمنة.

- درجة علمية أو شهادة في تربية الطفولة المبكرة أو إدارة الترفيه أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في رعاية الأطفال أو الضيافة، مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور إشرافي.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-opening) شرط أساسي.
- شهادات سارية في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) والإسعافات الأولية (First Aid) إلزامية.
- مظهر شخصي لا تشوبه شائبة، وأسلوب خدمة استباقي، وطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة لغات إضافية مثل العربية أو الروسية ميزة قوية).

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Assist in overseeing daily club functions, including facility maintenance, equipment sanitation, and ensuring all areas remain orderly and safe.
- Team Management: Supervise Kids Club Attendants, conducting regular training sessions to enhance skills and ensuring strict adherence to child protection and luxury service standards.
- Program Development: Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging programs such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, kids' yoga, and nature-themed activities that align with the Red Sea's unique environment.
- Guest Engagement: Personally welcome families, addressing inquiries and concerns with professional discretion, and managing special requests to ensure a seamless family experience.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain detailed records of attendance, incident reports, and emergency contacts.
- Administrative Support: Manage inventory for toys and supplies, coordinate with departments like Housekeeping and Engineering, and assist with staff scheduling and performance appraisals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in childcare or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Pre-opening experience is often a high-priority requirement for new Red Sea developments.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
- Personal Attributes: Impeccable grooming, an anticipatory service approach, and fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Russian are highly valued).
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
