تسعى شركة Thermo Fisher Scientific إلى توظيف مهندس خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Engineer II) في السعودية ضمن قسم تحليل العناصر الكتلي (BEA) الذي يشمل أجهزة XRF وXRD وOES والأتمتة. ستساهم في تقديم خدمة متميزة للأجهزة التحليلية والعلمية المتطورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات التحليلية والعلمية المعقدة لدى العملاء في القطاعات البحثية والصناعية والرعاية الصحية
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية مع التركيز على رضا العميل
  • تدريب العملاء ودعمهم بشكل فعّال على تشغيل المعدات واستخدامها
  • توثيق أنشطة الخدمة وإعداد تقارير مفصلة عن الأعمال المنجزة
  • الاستجابة لاحتياجات العملاء في أوقات قصيرة مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة متقدمة (ماجستير/دكتوراه) دون حاجة لخبرة سابقة، أو درجة بكالوريوس مع سنتين خبرة عملية فنية في تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح الأجهزة التحليلية المعقدة
  • التخصصات المفضلة: الإلكترونيات، الهندسة، الفيزياء، الكيمياء، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة
  • الشهادات الإضافية ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول والقدرة على السفر بنسبة 50-75% ضمن المنطقة المخصصة
  • القدرة البدنية على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 50 رطلاً (حوالي 23 كجم) والعمل في بيئات مختبرية متنوعة
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب)؛ اللغات الإضافية مفيدة

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية مع القدرة على تشخيص المشكلات على مستوى المكونات
  • يفضل خبرة في أنظمة التفريغ العالي الفائق (Ultra-High Vacuum) والمعدات عالية الجهد
  • مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل (كتابي وشفهي)
  • قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية
  • إتقان استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة الخدمة
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الوثائق الفنية والمخططات
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعايير الجودة
  • سجل نجاح في تحقيق أهداف رضا العملاء

DESCRIPTION:

As a Field Service Engineer II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to delivering excellent service for sophisticated analytical and scientific instruments. Working with customers across research, industrial, and healthcare settings, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities to work with advanced technology while contributing to scientific advancement and innovation. Instruments fall under the BEA Division XRF , XRD , OES , and Automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field
  • Additional relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose issues down to component level
  • Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and service management software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various laboratory environments
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
  • Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Ability to respond to customer needs with short notice
  • Ability to effectively train and support customers on equipment operation
  • Experience documenting service activities and preparing detailed reports
  • Demonstrated success in meeting customer satisfaction goals
