تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة Civil Manager - Stormwater & Grading في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وإدارة خطط إدارة مياه الأمطار، وتسوية الموقع، وتصاميم الصرف الصحي لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع واللوائح المحلية.
  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين لتحسين خطط التسوية من حيث كفاءة الموقع والجماليات والأثر البيئي.
  • ضمان دمج حلول مياه الأمطار المستدامة، مثل أحواض الاحتجاز والأرصفة النفاذة والبنية التحتية الخضراء.
  • إجراء مراجعات فنية للرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والحسابات.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات المدنية المتعلقة بمياه الأمطار والتسوية، وضمان الالتزام بالخطط والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
  • العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين المعماريين ومصممي المناظر الطبيعية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لمواءمة حلول التسوية والصرف مع الجماليات الفخمة للتطوير.
  • ضمان التنفيذ السليم لتدابير مكافحة التآكل وأفضل الممارسات الإدارية لمياه الأمطار (BMPs).
  • تحديد وحل تحديات الموقع المتعلقة بأعمال الحفر وتصريف المياه وثبات التربة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والوطنية والبيئية المتعلقة بإدارة مياه الأمطار والتسوية.
  • الحصول على التصاريح والموافقات اللازمة من الجهات المختصة بالتعاون مع فرق التصاريح والهيئات التنظيمية.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات في قوانين إدارة مياه الأمطار والقوانين البيئية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • مراقبة ظروف الموقع لتقييم المخاطر المحتملة مثل الفيضانات أو تآكل التربة أو مشاكل جريان المياه.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة لضمان استيفاء بنية التسوية والصرف لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الأداء طويلة الأجل.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع وتقديم توصيات فنية لتحسين كفاءة التصميم وفعالية التكلفة.
  • قيادة وتوجيه المهندسين المبتدئين والمفتشين وفرق الموقع في الجوانب المتعلقة بمياه الأمطار والتسوية.
  • التواصل بفعالية مع فرق المشروع والعملاء والجهات التنظيمية لمعالجة المخاوف الفنية وتقدم المشروع.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم وتقديم رؤى فنية وتوصيات للتحسين المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 16 عامًا في الهندسة المدنية مع تركيز قوي على إدارة مياه الأمطار والتسوية.
  • يفضّل بشدة وجود خبرة في مشاريع الضيافة الفاخرة والسكنية الراقية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم المدني (AutoCAD Civil 3D، StormCAD، HydroCAD وغيرها).
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ الهيدرولوجيا والجيوتقنية وتدابير مكافحة التآكل.
  • مهارات ممتازة في القيادة وحل المشكلات والتواصل.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Manager - Stormwater & Grading to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

Design & Engineering Oversight:

  • Review and manage stormwater management plans, site grading, and drainage designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with civil design consultants and contractors to optimize grading plans for site efficiency, aesthetics, and environmental impact.
  • Ensure integration of sustainable stormwater solutions, such as retention ponds, permeable pavements, and green infrastructure.
  • Conduct technical reviews of engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.


Project Execution & Coordination

  • Oversee civil construction activities related to stormwater and grading, ensuring adherence to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, landscape designers, and other stakeholders to align grading and drainage solutions with the luxury aesthetics of the development.
  • Ensure proper implementation of erosion control measures and stormwater best management practices (BMPs).
  • Identify and resolve site challenges related to earthworks, water drainage, and ground stability.


Regulatory Compliance & Permitting

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and environmental regulations related to stormwater management and grading.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities, working closely with permitting teams and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on changes in stormwater management codes, environmental laws, and best practices.


Risk Management & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor site conditions to assess potential risks such as flooding, soil erosion, or water runoff issues.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure grading and drainage infrastructure meet project specifications and long-term performance requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to improve design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


Leadership & Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, inspectors, and site teams in stormwater and grading-related aspects.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to address technical concerns and project progress.
  • Participate in progress meetings, providing technical insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on stormwater management and grading.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in civil design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, HydroCAD, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of hydrology, geotechnical principles, and erosion control measures.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
