شركة DHL Express تعلن عن وظيفة Shipment Control Officer في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مسؤول مراقبة الشحنات تنفيذ ومراقبة السياسات والإجراءات والممارسات الأمنية، وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GACA). كما سيكون مسؤولاً عن التحقيق في الوقت المناسب في فقدان الشحنات والحوادث المتعلقة بأصول DHL وموظفيها وشحناتها، وإدارة قاعدة بيانات الحوادث الأمنية وإعداد التقارير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على سياسات وإجراءات أمنية فعالة لضمان حماية موظفي DHL وأصولها وشحنات العملاء.
- ضمان التنفيذ الفعال لعمليات وإجراءات الأمن الجوي لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- إجراء التحقيقات في الحوادث الأمنية مثل فقدان/سرقة الشحنات وأصول الشركة والأفعال الإجرامية ضد الممتلكات أو الأفراد، وإعداد تقارير مع توصيات فعالة من حيث التكلفة وضمان التنفيذ بعد التشاور مع مدير الأمن الوطني.
- الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات الحوادث الأمنية لجميع الحوادث في منطقته، وإعداد تقارير لمراقبة الاتجاهات المتزايدة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية وضمان التنفيذ بعد التشاور مع مدير الأمن الوطني.
- الحفاظ على المرافق في منطقة مسؤوليته ومساعدة مدير الأمن في مراجعات TAPA الداخلية لتحديد الثغرات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الحفاظ على المعدات الأمنية في حالة عمل جيدة والتنسيق مع الموردين لضمان الصيانة الوقائية في الوقت المناسب لكاميرات المراقبة وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول وأجهزة الإنذار وأجهزة الأشعة السينية وأنظمة كشف/منع الحرائق.
- المساعدة في التنفيذ الفعال لعملية التدمير وفقًا لإرشادات GSOP والحفاظ على السجلات مع الصور.
- إجراء مراجعات الوصول ربع السنوية لضمان تحديث سجلات الوصول، وحذف سجلات الموظفين الذين غادروا الشركة، وضمان منح الوصول على أساس الحاجة، والنسخ الاحتياطي المتكرر لقاعدة البيانات للمساعدة في حالة تعطل النظام.
- تنظيم عمليات تفتيش على الطريق للسعاة لضمان امتثال الموظفين لسياسة أمن المركبات الخاصة بـ DHL.
- مساعدة مدير الأمن في إجراء مسوحات الطرق لنقل الشحنات عالية القيمة للعملاء الذين يستلمون/يرسلون بضائع قابلة للسرقة.
- القدرة على إجراء تجارب إخلاء من الحرائق (مرتين سنويًا) مع تسجيل الملاحظات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إنتاج تقارير شهرية عن الحوادث الأمنية والتحقيقات اللاحقة لمدير الأمن.
- الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع السلطات المحلية للحصول على المساعدة عند الحاجة وتبادل المعلومات وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
- مراقبة وإدارة استثناءات الشحنات (عدم المسح، سوء التوجيه، النقص/الزيادة، التلف، التعليق، مخاطر الخدمة).
- تتبع الشحنات والتحقيق فيها باستخدام كاميرات المراقبة والتنسيق مع العمليات لتحديد موقعها واستعادتها (إعادة التوجيه، إعادة المسح، إعادة البناء، الإسراع).
- التحقيق في مشكلات الشحنات وجمع الأدلة (المسح، الأوزان، الصور، سجلات التسليم) وتحديد السبب الجذري.
- تطبيق الإيقاف وتأمين الشحنات عند الحاجة.
- رفع الأمر إلى العمليات/خدمة العملاء/الأمن/البضائع الخطرة/تقنية المعلومات/الجمارك حسب نوع الحالة ومستوى المخاطرة.
- توثيق الحالة وإغلاقها مع النتيجة والإجراء التصحيحي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على دبلوم أو شهادة جامعية.
- مدرب على السلامة من الحرائق.
- دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة (الإسعافات الأولية).
- خبرة في مجال التحقيقات.
- خلفية في صناعة البريد السريع.
- مدرب على أجهزة الأشعة السينية من الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GACA) - ويفضل ذلك.

Overall Role Purpose
- Shipment Control Officer (SCO) will be responsible to implement and monitor policy, procedures and Security Practices. To ensure compliance to GACA Procedures.
- Responsible for the timely investigation into shipments losses and incidents relating to DHL assets, personnel and shipments.
- Administration of Security Incidents database and generating reports.
- Upholding effective security policies and procedures to ensure that DHL employee, assets and customers shipments are protected.
- Ensures effective implementation of Aviation Security processes and procedures to ensure compliance to Regulatory requirements.
- Conducts investigations into security incidents e.g. loss/theft of shipments, company assets, and criminal acts against property or personnel. Prepare reports with cost effective recommendations and ensures implementation after consultation with National Security Manager (NSM).
- Maintains the Security Incidents Database for all security incidents, in his area and generates reports to monitor the growing trends, suggest corrective actions and ensure implementation after consultation with the PSM.
- Maintains the facilities in his area of responsibility and assists the Security Manager in internal TAPA Audits to identify gaps and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintains the security equipment in good working condition and liaises with the vendors to ensure timely preventive maintenance of CCTV, Access control, intruding alarms, X-ray Machines and fire detection /prevention systems
- Assist in effective implementation of DS process (destroy shpt process) as per the GSOP guidelines and maintain records with pictures.
- Carries out quarterly access reviews to ensure that access records are up to date. Records are deleted for the staff that have left the company and to ensure that access is granted on need to enter basis. Frequent backup of the database must be obtained to help in case of unexpected system crash.
- To organize on-route Courier checks to ensure that staffs are complying to DHL Vehicle Security Policy.
- Assist the PSM in carrying out route surveys for the transportation of high value shipments for the customers receiving /sending high value desirable goods.
- Able to carry out fire evacuation drill (twice a year), observations must be recorded and corrective actions implemented.
- Produces monthly reports of security related incidents and the subsequent investigations to Security Manager.
- Maintains close liaison with local authorities to obtain assistance when needed and to exchange information in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor and manage shipment exceptions (no-scan, misroute, shortage/overage, damage, holds, service risk).
- Trace and investigate shipments using the CCTV and coordinate with Ops to locate and recover (re-route, re-scan, rebuild, expedite).
- Investigate shipment issues: collect evidence (scans, weights, photos, handover records) and identify the root cause.
- Apply HOLD and secure shipments when required.
- Escalate to Ops/CS/Security/DG/IT/Customs based on the case type and risk level.
- Maintain case documentation and close with outcome and corrective action.
- Preferably a college diploma or degree
- Trained in fire safety.
- Diploma in health and safety.(First aid)
- Experience in Investigations.
- Courier industry Background.
- Trained on X-raying from GACA ( Preferably )
