نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم الممرض المسؤول بدور محوري في الموازنة بين متطلبات رعاية المرضى وإدارة فريق التمريض وعمليات الوحدة، مع ضمان تلبية احتياجات المرضى وأداء الموظفين بفعالية خلال المناوبة، وأداء جميع مهام الممرض العادي عند الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف السريري: ضمان تقديم الرعاية للمرضى بفعالية وكفاءة، بما يشمل الإشراف على تقييمات المرضى وخطط الرعاية والتدخلات العلاجية.
- الإشراف على طاقم التمريض والطلاب ودعمهم، بما في ذلك جدولة المناوبات وإدارة أعباء العمل وتقديم التوجيه والإرشاد.
- مراقبة وتقييم جودة الرعاية المقدمة من فريق التمريض ومعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بسلامة المرضى ومعايير الرعاية.

- الإشراف على توثيق الرعاية التمريضية والمرضية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.
- تنظيم والإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للوحدة وإنجاز جميع المهام في الوقت المحدد، بما يشمل مراقبة المرضى والإجراءات والتنويم والتحويلات والتصريف.
- إجراء جولات الوحدة في كل مناوبة للتأكد من جاهزية جميع الغرف ومعالجة طلبات الصيانة اللازمة.
- ضمان إنجاز المهام اليومية للوحدة والتحقق من امتثال جميع موظفي الوحدة.
- ضمان الامتثال لممارسات مكافحة العدوى من قبل جميع التخصصات، ومراقبة والتحقق من الامتثال لجميع الحزم (bundles).
- إدارة الطوارئ والأزمات: قيادة الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ، بما في ذلك التنسيق مع خدمات الطوارئ وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
- معالجة وحل المشكلات أو المضاعفات غير المتوقعة أثناء رعاية المرضى أو داخل الوحدة.
- تطوير وتدريب الموظفين: دعم تدريب الموظفين والتعليم المستمر لضمان مواكبة أفضل الممارسات والتطورات في الرعاية الصحية، والمشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية المستمرة.
- إجراء تقييمات أداء طاقم التمريض خلال المناوبة وتقديم التغذية الراجعة وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- إدارة الموارد: الإشراف على الإمدادات والمعدات الطبية والتأكد من توفر الموارد اللازمة بحالة جيدة.
- مراقبة وإدارة ميزانية الوحدة، بما في ذلك التحكم في التكاليف وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد.
- القيادة واتخاذ القرار: تقديم القيادة والدعم لفريق التمريض وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية وتشجيع العمل الجماعي والتعاون.

- معالجة مخاوف المرضى وأسرهم وتحديث حالتهم وضمان مراعاة احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم، وإدارة وحل النزاعات بين الموظفين أو المرضى أو الأسر بشكل مهني وبناء.
- إظهار مهارات التواصل العاطفي مع تقديم الدعم والرعاية للمرضى والموظفين، والحفاظ على نهج إيجابي واستباقي تجاه التحديات.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة النشطة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الخبرة: خبرة تمريض مسجلة بدوام كامل لمدة سنتين على الأقل مع سنة واحدة كممرض مسؤول في نفس التخصص.
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
- اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- التراخيص: رخصة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة حسب الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادات BLS و ACLS ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التوجه الخدمي والاحترافية والتواصل المفتوح.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين مع خبرة مثبتة في القيادة والإدارة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.

Minimum of 2 years full time registration nursing experience with one year as a charge nurse in the same specialty.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Equivalent.
Language
Excellent command of English language ,Arabic is a plus.
Licenses / Certifications
License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.

- Ensures patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently, including overseeing patient assessments, care plans, and treatment interventions.
- Supervises and supports nursing staff and students, including scheduling shifts, managing workloads, and providing guidance and preceptorship.
- Monitors and evaluates the nursing team's quality of care, addressing issues related to patient safety and care standards.
- Conducts purposeful rounding on the unit, visiting and interacting with patients and staff to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
- Oversees accurate and timely patient care and nursing documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and oversee the unit's daily activities, completing all tasks promptly, including patient monitoring, Procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Conduct unit rounds every shift to ensure all rooms were ready to use and all required maintenance requests were in place.
- Ensure the completion of daily unit assignments and countercheck the compliance of all unit staff.
- Ensure compliance with the infection control practice by all disciplines.
- Monitor and countercheck the compliance of all bundles.
- Emergency and Crisis Management:
- Leads the response to emergencies, including coordinating with emergency services and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Addresses and resolves unexpected issues or complications during patient care or within the unit.
- Staff Development and Training:
- Supports staff training and continuing education to ensure that nursing staff remain current with best practices and new developments in healthcare. Supports and participates in continuous educational activities.
- Conducts performance evaluations for nursing staff during the shift, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Resource Management:
- Manages and oversees medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary resources are available and in good condition.
- Monitors and manages the unit’s budget, including controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Leadership and Decision-Making:
- Provides leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Makes critical decisions regarding patient care, staff management, and operational issues, often under pressure and with limited information.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Conducts safety huddles at the beginning of the shift or as needed to enhance patient safety and improve communication among the healthcare team.
- Facilitates effective communication within the nursing team and between different departments, ensuring that information is shared promptly and accurately. Escalate concerns to the unit manager, nursing supervisor, and multidisciplinary team.
- Addresses patient and family concerns, updating patient status and ensuring their needs and preferences are considered.
- Manages and resolves conflicts or issues among staff, patients, or families professionally and constructively.
- Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients and staff.
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to challenges.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.

- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
