شركة جميرا (Jumeirah)، الرائدة عالمياً في الضيافة الفاخرة وعضو في دبي القابضة، تعلن عن فرصة توظيف فني تكييف وهندسة (HVAC Technician - Engineering) للانضمام إلى فندق جميرا جبل عمر (Jumeirah Jabal Omar) الواقع في المملكة العربية السعودية (مكة المكرمة)، على بُعد دقائق من المسجد الحرام.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تدير جميرا محفظة استثنائية تضم 29 عقاراً في 11 دولة عبر الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وآسيا. يقدم فندق جميرا جبل عمر مكة مزيجاً من الراحة والاتصال والضيافة العربية في قلب المدينة المقدسة، ممتداً عبر أربعة أبراج ويضم مجموعة من صالات الطعام ومنافذ البيع بالتجزئة وصالة ألعاب رياضية وصالة تنفيذية ومساحات للاجتماعات. يبحث الفندق الآن عن فني HVAC مؤهل للعمل في قسم الهندسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك معرفة قوية بأنظمة HEX ودورات التبريد ووحدات CRAC وأنظمة التحكم في التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC).
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للجداول المعتمدة وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
- ضمان بقاء جميع غرف المعدات والمعدات ومناطق العمل في حالة آمنة ونظيفة وقابلة للتشغيل.
- الامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات نظام JEMS وجميع معايير السلامة من الحرائق والصحة والسلامة (FLHS).
- صيانة وخدمة أنظمة التدفئة والتبريد ووحدات معالجة الهواء (AHU) ووحدات معالجة الهواء النقي (FAHU) ووحدات ملفات المروحة (FCU) لضمان التحكم الأمثل في المناخ في غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة.
- فحص وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال مراوح التهوية والعادم لضمان دوران الهواء المناسب وجودة الهواء الداخلي.
- مراقبة وتحليل وضبط معايير النظام لتحسين الأداء والموثوقية وكفاءة الطاقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم تقني / معهد فني صناعي (ITI) في تخصص التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) أو التبريد أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- مهارات برمجية: استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (مستوى متوسط).
- قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في القسم الفني.

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for HVAC Technician - Engineering to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Strong knowledge of HEX systems, refrigeration cycles, CRAC units, and HVAC control systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all plant rooms, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
- Comply fully with JEMS requirements and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety (FLHS) standards.
- Maintain and service heating, cooling, AHU (Air Handling Units), FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Units), and FCU (Fan Coil Units) to ensure optimal climate control in guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilation and exhaust fans to ensure proper air circulation and indoor air quality.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust system parameters to optimize performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Hold a Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- Have 2+ years of experience in the technical department.
