بارسونز كوربوريشن تسعى لتعيين مدير مدني/إنشائي متمرس يتمتع بفهم عميق لمبادئ الهندسة الإنشائية وتقنيات التحليل المتقدمة وشغف بالتصميم المبتكر والمستدام للمساهمة في مشروع تطوير السودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم القيادة الفنية والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والكودات ومواصفات المشروع.
  • قيادة تطوير حلول إنشائية مبتكرة تراعي الجوانب الجمالية والوظيفية والاستدامة.
  • الإشراف على تصميم ومراجعة واعتماد مخرجات الهندسة الإنشائية بما في ذلك الرسومات والمواصفات والحسابات.
  • إدارة فريق الهندسة الإنشائية وتوزيع المهام ومراقبة التقدم وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
  • التنسيق مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى وفرق الإنشاء وممثلي العميل لضمان تكامل النظم الإنشائية.
  • تطوير وإدارة جداول المشروع والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات صارمة لمراقبة الجودة لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق ومراجعة منتظمة للجودة لتحديد ومعالجة المشكلات المحتملة.
  • تعزيز ثقافة الجودة والتحسين المستمر داخل فريق الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة، وإيصال حالة المشروع ومعالجة المخاوف وضمان رضا العملاء.
  • تمثيل بارسونز في اجتماعات المشروع والعروض التقديمية، وإظهار الخبرة الفنية والمهارات القيادية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع تخصص في الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في الهندسة الإنشائية مع تركيز قوي على مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
  • سجل مثبت في إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات وتسليم مشاريع معقدة في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة متعمقة ببرامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي مثل ETABS و SAP2000 و STAAD.Pro.
  • خبرة في تصميم النظم الإنشائية المختلفة بما في ذلك الهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانية والمركبة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة دولية سريعة الوتيرة.

Job Description

Parsons Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Civil / Structural Manager to contribute to the Soudah Development project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, advanced analysis techniques, and a passion for innovative, sustainable design.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and oversight for all structural engineering activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
    • Lead the development of innovative structural solutions, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
    • Oversee the design, review, and approval of structural engineering deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the structural engineering team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
    • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
    • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the structural engineering team.
  • Client Relations:
    • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Represent Parsons at project meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership skills.
What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro.
  • Experience in the design of various structural systems, including steel, concrete, and composite structures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
