We’re Hiring: Security Team Leader

We are looking for a Security Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise security officers during daily operations

• Ensure all security procedures and post orders are followed

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor security activities

• Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies

• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and shift handovers

• Support training, discipline, and performance of the security team

• Coordinate with other departments when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a security leadership/supervisory role

• Strong English communication and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting

• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility

• Hospitality/security experience is an advantage
