نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيكون مهندس المساحة مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة المسح الأرضي، والتوقيع، والتحكم البعدي، والأنشطة الجغرافية المكانية عبر المشروع. سيضمن أن أعمال الإنشاء قد تم تموضعها وتنفيذها بدقة وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة والإحداثيات والمناسيب والتسامحات ومواصفات المشروع. سيتنسق بشكل وثيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاء والجودة والتخطيط ونمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) والمقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق إدارة المشروع لتوفير بيانات مساحية دقيقة وضمان السيطرة المناسبة على جميع الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والبنية التحتية والمرافق والطرق والأرصفة وأعمال المطارات.

  • مراجعة شبكات التحكم المساحية للمشروع وضمان الدقة والاتساق عبر مناطق العمل.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة التوقيع للأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والبنية التحتية والمرافق والطرق والأرصفة وأعمال المطارات.
  • إنشاء خطوط الإنشاء والشبكات والإحداثيات والمناسيب والارتفاعات ونقاط المرجع.
  • إجراء مسوحات للمدارج والممرات وساحات الانتظار والطرق والصرف والمرافق والأساسات والمباني والهياكل وأعمال البنية التحتية الأخرى.
  • إجراء المسوحات الطبوغرافية والحدودية والمسوحات كما تم البناء (As-built) ومسوحات التحقق حسب الحاجة.
  • إجراء مسوحات تفصيلية للتحقق من ظروف الموقع الحالية وتحديد التناقضات مقابل معلومات التصميم.
  • مراجعة رسومات IFC وإحداثيات التصميم والمناسيب والملفات الشخصية والمحاذاة ومتطلبات المسح قبل الإنشاء.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لحل التناقضات بين الرسومات وظروف الموقع.
  • إجراء مسوحات ما قبل الإنشاء وإنشاء معلومات توقيع دقيقة لفرق الإنشاء.
  • مراقبة أنشطة الإنشاء لضمان الامتثال للإحداثيات والمناسيب والمحاذاة والانحدارات والتدرجات والتسامحات البعدية المعتمدة.
  • إجراء مسوحات تحقق منتظمة للجودة وتقديم تقارير مسحية لفرق الهندسة والجودة.
  • إجراء مسوحات لأعمال الحفر والتسوية تشمل حسابات القطع والردم والتحقق من مناسيب التشكيل.
  • إجراء مسوحات للطرق والأرصفة تشمل المحاذاة والمناسيب والمقاطع العرضية والانحدارات والملفات الشخصية.
  • دعم أعمال المطارات من خلال التحقق من هندسة المدارج والممرات وساحات الانتظار والكتفين والصرف والأرصفة المرتبطة.
  • إجراء مسوحات للمرافق والتحقق من مواقع ونقاط ومناسيب ومسارات وواجهات الخدمات تحت وفوق الأرض.
  • إجراء مسوحات هيكلية وبنيوية للأساسات والأعمدة والبلاطات والهياكل الفولاذية وقواعد المعدات والعناصر الأخرى.
  • إجراء مسوحات تحكم بعدي للهياكل الفولاذية والمعدات الميكانيكية الرئيسية حسب الحاجة.
  • إجراء مسوحات رصد للترسيب والتشوه والحركة عند الاقتضاء.
  • استخدام معدات المسح المناسبة بما في ذلك أجهزة Total Stations وGNSS/GPS والمناسيب الرقمية والماسحات الليزرية وتقنيات المسح الأخرى.
  • إجراء جمع البيانات ومعالجتها وحساباتها والتحقق منها باستخدام برامج المسح المعتمدة.
  • ضمان صيانة ومعايرة معدات المسح وكونها مناسبة للغرض.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمعايرة المعدات والتحقق منها.
  • إعداد تقارير مسحية ودفاتر ميدانية وحسابات وإحداثيات ورسومات وسجلات مسحية.
  • مراجعة إرساليات المسح من المقاولين والتحقق من دقتها وامتثالها لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • فحص واعتماد طلبات التفتيش/طلبات المسح المتعلقة بالمسح حسب الاقتضاء.
  • دعم فرق الجودة بسجلات المسح والأدلة الموضوعية للتفتيش والقبول.
  • إعداد ومراجعة مسوحات as-built ورسومات as-built لتأكيد الظروف الفعلية المثبتة.
  • دعم فرق BIM بتوفير بيانات مسحية دقيقة وإحداثيات لتنسيق النموذج والتحقق منه.
  • التنسيق مع فرق نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) والهندسة الرقمية عند الحاجة.
  • تحديد التناقضات المسحية والانحرافات البعدية وتسامحات الإنشاء وإحالتها إلى فرق الهندسة والإنشاء المعنية.
  • دعم التحقيق وحل المشكلات الفنية ذات الصلة بالمسح (NCRs).
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق الفني مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة المسح لإجراءات المشروع ومواصفاته ومعايير المسح المطبقة ومتطلبات العميل.
  • الحفاظ على وثائق وسجلات المسح المطلوبة لتسليم المشروع.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لمساحي وفنيي المسح المبتدئين.
  • تعزيز ممارسات المسح الدقيقة والمتسقة والقابلة للتتبع عبر المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المسح أو الهندسة الجيوماتيكية أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المسح، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع مطارات كبرى أو بنية تحتية أو مدنية أو طرق أو مرافق أو مشاريع إنشائية واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مسح الإنشاءات والتوقيع الهندسي.
  • الخبرة في مشاريع المطارات / مدارج الطائرات مرغوبة بشدة.
  • معرفة قوية بشبكات التحكم المساحية وأنظمة الإحداثيات والمناسيب والمحاذاة وتسامحات الإنشاء.
  • خبرة في العمل مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق الهندسة وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • الشهادة المهنية في المسح / الجيوماتكس مرغوبة.
  • الشهادة ذات الصلة في مسح الأراضي أو الجيوماتكس تعتبر ميزة.
  • التدريب على GNSS/GPS أو Total Station أو المسح بالليزر ثلاثي الأبعاد أو المسح بالطائرات بدون طيار (UAV) يعتبر ميزة.
  • شهادة AutoCAD / Civil 3D تعتبر ميزة.
  • التدريب على BIM / المسح الرقمي مرغوب.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Survey Engineer to join our team!

he Survey Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing land surveying, setting-out, dimensional control, and geospatial activities across the project. The role will ensure that construction works are accurately positioned and executed in accordance with approved drawings, coordinates, levels, tolerances, and project specifications.

The position will coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, Quality, Planning, BIM, contractors, consultants, and project management teams to provide accurate survey data and ensure proper control of all civil, structural, infrastructure, utilities, roads, pavements, and airfield works.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute surveying activities in accordance with approved project requirements and construction schedules.
  • Establish, maintain, and verify survey control points, benchmarks, reference stations, and coordinate systems.
  • Review project survey control networks and ensure accuracy and consistency across work areas.
  • Perform setting-out activities for civil, structural, infrastructure, utilities, roads, pavements, and airfield works.
  • Establish construction lines, grids, coordinates, elevations, levels, and reference points.
  • Conduct surveys for runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, drainage, utilities, foundations, buildings, structures, and other infrastructure works.
  • Carry out topographical, boundary, as-built, and verification surveys as required.
  • Perform detailed surveys to verify existing site conditions and identify discrepancies against design information.
  • Review IFC drawings, design coordinates, levels, profiles, alignments, and survey requirements prior to construction.
  • Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
  • Conduct pre-construction surveys and establish accurate setting-out information for construction teams.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved coordinates, elevations, alignments, slopes, gradients, and dimensional tolerances.
  • Carry out regular quality verification surveys and provide survey reports to Engineering and Quality teams.
  • Conduct earthworks and grading surveys, including cut-and-fill calculations and formation-level verification.
  • Perform road and pavement surveys, including alignment, levels, cross-sections, slopes, and profiles.
  • Support airfield works by verifying runway, taxiway, apron, shoulder, drainage, and associated pavement geometry.
  • Carry out utility surveys and verify locations, levels, routes, and interfaces of underground and above-ground services.
  • Perform structural and building surveys for foundations, columns, slabs, steel structures, equipment bases, and other elements.
  • Conduct dimensional control surveys for structural steel and major mechanical equipment where required.
  • Carry out settlement, deformation, and movement monitoring surveys where applicable.
  • Use appropriate surveying equipment including Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, Digital Levels, Laser Scanners, and other surveying technologies.
  • Perform data collection, processing, calculations, and verification using approved surveying software.
  • Ensure survey equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment calibration and verification.
  • Prepare survey reports, field books, calculations, coordinates, drawings, and survey records.
  • Review contractor survey submissions and verify their accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Check and approve survey-related Inspection Requests / Survey Requests as applicable.
  • Support Quality teams with survey records and objective evidence for inspection and acceptance.
  • Prepare and review as-built surveys and as-built drawings to confirm actual installed conditions.
  • Support BIM teams by providing accurate survey data and coordinates for model coordination and verification.
  • Coordinate with GIS and digital engineering teams where required.
  • Identify survey discrepancies, dimensional deviations, and construction tolerances and escalate them to the relevant Engineering and Construction teams.
  • Support investigation and resolution of survey-related NCRs and technical issues.
  • Participate in technical coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all surveying activities comply with project procedures, specifications, applicable surveying standards, and client requirements.
  • Maintain survey documentation and records required for project handover.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Surveyors and junior survey personnel.
  • Promote accurate, consistent, and traceable survey practices across the project.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant surveying experience, preferably on major airport, infrastructure, civil, roads, utilities, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven experience in construction surveying and engineering setting-out.
  • Experience with airport / airfield projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of survey control networks, coordinate systems, levels, alignments, and construction tolerances.
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Professional Surveyor / Geomatics certification is preferred.
  • Relevant land surveying or geomatics certification is an advantage.
  • Training in GNSS/GPS, Total Station, 3D Laser Scanning, or UAV surveying is advantageous.
  • AutoCAD / Civil 3D certification is an advantage.
  • BIM / digital surveying training is preferred.
