GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش جودة (QC Inspector) في الدمام، السعودية. سيكون المفتش مسؤولاً عن مهام التفتيش في عمليات الخلايا، وبناء المعرفة حول الجودة أثناء إصلاح مكونات التوربينات الغازية من مراحل التفتيش الأولي والوسيط والنهائي، بالإضافة إلى كتابة التقارير الفنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لجميع متطلبات السلامة والجودة، مع السعي لتجاوز التوقعات وقيادة القدوة.
- إجراء التفتيش الأولي والنهائي على مكونات التوربينات الغازية لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة والعيوب.
- تفسير وقياس وتقييم النتائج وفقاً للرموز والمعايير والمواصفات المطبقة.
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات GEMTEC، وتعزيز معايير البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) والجودة والامتثال في ورشة العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة.
- معرفة بمتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) والجودة في عمليات التصنيع.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم تعليمات العمل وإجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS).
- القدرة على كتابة التقارير الفنية.
- القدرة على فهم الرسومات والمستندات الفنية.
- القدرة على استخدام تطبيقات MS Office.
المهارات المطلوبة
يفضل أن يتمتع المرشح بخبرة في التفتيش الجودي لمدة 5 سنوات فأكثر، ومعرفة مثبتة بالجودة والسلامة وأنظمة الحاسوب في الورشة ومتطلبات دعم الورشة. كما يفضل القدرة على تفسير الرسومات و REIs، واستخدام أدوات القياس مثل القدمة ذات الورنية (calipers) ومؤشرات القرص (dial indicators)، والحصول على شهادة اختبار غير متلف (NDT). المعرفة بنظام SAP والقدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

In this role, he will build knowledge about all aspects of quality in operations and inspection during repair of gas turbine components from incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. He will also build knowledge about writing technical reports of job conditions and defects happen in operations.

- Perform incoming and final inspection on gas turbine components to identify nonconformances/defects.
- Interpret, measure and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Follow all GEMTEC policies and procedures and be a promoter of EHS, Quality and compliance on the shop floor
- Technical diploma with related work experience.
- Knowledge of EHS and quality required in manufacturing operations
- Ability to read and understand Work Instruction and QMS procedures
- Ability to write technical reports
- Ability to understand drawing and technical documents
- Ability to use MS Office application
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality, Safety, shop computer systems and Shop Support requirements
- Have quality inspection experience for 5+ years
- Ability to interpret and read drawings and REIs -Ability to use measuring instruments; calipers, dial indicators, … etc.
- NDT certification
- Preferred SAP knowledge.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
