تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير عمليات المالية والمشتريات في التسويق، ليكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة وظائف المالية والمشتريات داخل قسم التسويق. يشمل الدور الإشراف على التخطيط المالي، إدارة الميزانيات، استراتيجية المشتريات، وضمان التميز التشغيلي لدعم المبادرات التسويقية الطموحة للقدية. يتطلب المنصب العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان كفاءة استخدام الموارد، الامتثال للسياسات المالية، وإدارة الموردين بفعالية. مقر العمل: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة عمليات المالية والمشتريات المصممة خصيصاً لأنشطة التسويق، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المنظمة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مشتريات تعمل على تحسين التكاليف والجودة والجداول الزمنية للتسليم لمشاريع التسويق.
- الإشراف على إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات والتقارير المالية لقسم التسويق، وتقديم الرؤى والتوصيات للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الامتثال للضوابط الداخلية والسياسات المالية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المتعلقة بالمشتريات والمالية.
- التفاوض على العقود وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين الرئيسيين ومقدمي خدمات التسويق.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز عمليات المشتريات وكفاءة العمليات المالية.
- التعاون مع قادة التسويق لفهم متطلبات المشاريع ومواءمة أنشطة المشتريات وفقاً لذلك.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق عالي الأداء في المالية والمشتريات لدعم وظائف التسويق.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المالية والمشتريات في التسويق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً متراكمة في عمليات المالية والمشتريات، منها 5 أعوام على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أنشطة المشتريات في بيئة تسويقية أو إعلانية (مرغوب بشدة).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام ببرامج المشتريات والأنظمة المالية.

- معرفة قوية بالتخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض، إدارة العقود، وإدارة علاقات الموردين.

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Director - Finance & Procurement Operations to lead our finance and procurement functions within the marketing division. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage finance and procurement operations specifically tailored to marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines for marketing projects
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the marketing division, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and finance
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key vendors and marketing service providers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and financial operations efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities accordingly
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and procurement team to support marketing functions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on finance and procurement performance within marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance and procurement operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing procurement activities in a marketing or advertising environment is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, driving high performance and collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and financial systems
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
