المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 1-2 سنوات في خدمة الأطعمة والمشروبات (F&B) ضمن قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة مع تعامل مع بيئات تناول الطعام الراقية والتفاعل مع الضيوف.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة (أو ما يعادلها) مع تدريب أساسي في سلامة الأغذية والنظافة.
- دبلوم في إدارة الفنادق أو شهادات ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة داخلياً (فرق الأغذية والمشروبات، التدبير المنزلي، مكتب الاستقبال) وخارجياً (الضيوف والزملاء الداعمين) لضمان تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter/ess to join the Food and Beverage team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide information about seating arrangements.
- Explain menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients. Address any inquiries about allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Inform guests about daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
- Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service, adhering to local laws.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting any special requests, and communicate these promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food using appropriate techniques, ensuring adherence to established serving standards and handling practices.
- 1-2 years’ experience in F&B service within luxury hospitality, with exposure to high-end dining environments and guest interaction.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams such as F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office, as well as external guests and support colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Higher Secondary School certificate (or equivalent), with basic Food Safety & Hygiene training required.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant certifications considered an advantage, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
