Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced RCM Section Head to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the assigned section.
- Supervise and guide the RCM team to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and achievement of departmental KPIs.
- Oversee key RCM activities including insurance approvals, claims processing, billing, denials, resubmissions, and collections.
- Monitor claim performance and identify trends related to rejections, denials, underpayments, and delayed payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims in accordance with payer requirements and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with insurance companies/payers to resolve operational issues, claim discrepancies, and payment delays.
- Work closely with clinical, finance, billing, and other operational teams to improve the overall revenue cycle process.
- Monitor RCM KPIs and prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve claim acceptance rates, collection efficiency, and turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with NPHIES, CCHI/CHI regulations, payer policies, and internal RCM procedures.
- Support the RCM management team in implementing process improvements and departmental initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and support team members while ensuring adherence to established policies and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Physician background.
- Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical insurance, claims, or healthcare operations.
- Prior experience in a team lead, supervisor, or mid-level operational role.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare insurance and RCM environment.
- Familiarity with NPHIES and CHI regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- prefferably Arabic speaker.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam / Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
