أمازون (فرع المستودعات) تبحث عن أخصائي توظيف القوى العاملة (توظيف كثيف) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

فريق Workforce Staffing في أمازون يعمل على حل تحديات القوى العاملة المعقدة عالميًا من خلال بناء نماذج عمل مبتكرة وبنية تحتية قابلة للتوسع. نبحث عن متخصص موهوب وموجه نحو النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المملكة العربية السعودية لدعم عمليات التوظيف عالية الحجم عبر مواقع متعددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فرق القيادة المحلية (العمليات، المالية، الموارد البشرية، سير العمل) لفهم متطلبات العمالة وتلبيتها.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الجهات الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين (بما في ذلك وكالات العمالة الخارجية) لضمان تدفق مستمر للمواهب.
- إدارة تقارير أداء التوظيف اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية عبر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- التنبؤ بالطلب على العمالة ووضع استراتيجيات توظيف لضمان توافق الموارد والقدرة الاستيعابية مع احتياجات العمل.
- تكييف وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التوظيف حسب متطلبات العمل المتغيرة، ومتابعة جداول فعاليات التوظيف ومعدلات الحضور المتوقعة.
- تحسين زمن دورة المرشحين ومعدلات التحويل ومقاييس مسار التقديم لتحقيق وتجاوز المعايير المرجعية.
- تقديم تجربة استثنائية للموظفين من خلال تحقيق أهداف أنشطة التوظيف وتقليل العيوب.
- التعاون مع فريق المالية وقادة العمليات للتنبؤ والتخطيط للطلب على العمالة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في الموارد البشرية.
- خبرة في عمليات وأنظمة الموارد البشرية.
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- إجادة التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- خبرة في تحسين العمليات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة (مفضل).
- خبرة في إدارة معلومات الموظفين الحساسة والسرية والالتزام بمعايير السرية الصارمة (مفضل).

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with local Site Leadership teams-including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and workflow teams-to understand and fulfill labor requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (including 3rd-party manpower agencies) to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Forecast labor demand and create staffing strategies to ensure team resources and hiring capacity meet business needs.
- Adapt and execute recruitment strategies based on evolving business demands, tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates.
- Optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates, and applicant funnel metrics to achieve and exceed benchmarks.
- Deliver an exceptional associate experience by meeting hiring activity targets and driving defect reduction.
- Partner with site Finance team and Operations Leaders to forecast and plan labor demand.
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
