تعلن أمازون عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في الرياض، السعودية، لوظيفة خبير تقني تشغيلي (Ops Tech SME) ضمن فريق التجارة السريعة (Quick Commerce)، وذلك لدعم العمليات عالية النمو المعتمدة على التقنية، والعمل كحلقة وصل بين فرق العمليات والمنتجات والتقنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الجاهزية التشغيلية ودعم أنشطة الإطلاق، وضمان عمل سير العمل والأدوات والعمليات كما هو متوقع.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات النظامية بالتعاون الوثيق مع فرق التقنية والمنتجات والعمليات.
- إجراء اختبارات منظمة، والتحقق من دقة العمليات، وتحديد الفجوات قبل الإطلاق.
- دعم التحقق من البيانات المتعلقة بسير العمل التشغيلي والوعود المقدمة للعملاء.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء عبر الأقسام المختلفة لحل العيوب وضمان الجاهزية للانطلاق.
- مراقبة الأداء بعد الإطلاق، ورفع المشكلات، وقيادة حل الأسباب الجذرية في الوقت المناسب.
- تحديد الأنماط المتكررة، واقتراح التحسينات طويلة المدى، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- التواصل بوضوح مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتقديم تحديثات في الوقت المناسب، وتوثيق التقارير والحالات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، علوم الحاسب، العمليات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 5 سنوات في العمليات، الدعم التقني، أو أدوار التنسيق بين المنتجات والتقنية.
- خبرة في حل مشكلات النظام أو العمليات والوصول بها إلى الحل النهائي.
- القدرة على العمل مع البيانات، والتحقق من دقتها، وإجراء تحليل أساسي باستخدام Excel أو أدوات مماثلة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي، مع القدرة على العمل عبر الأقسام المختلفة.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئات سريعة وغير محددة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في دعم العمليات المعتمدة على التقنية أو بيئات الإطلاق.
- فهم اختبارات سير العمل، وعمليات اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT)، أو التحقق المنظم من العيوب.
- القدرة على تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتحديد الأنماط، والتوصية بتحسينات طويلة المدى.
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق المنتجات أو التقنية أو فرق الميل الأخير/التنفيذ.

- Monitor performance post-launch, escalate issues, and drive timely root-cause resolution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in operations, technical support, or product/tech coordination roles
- Experience troubleshooting system or process issues and driving them to resolution
- Ability to work with data, validate accuracy, and perform basic analysis using Excel or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Experience supporting technology-enabled operations or launch environments
- Understanding of workflow testing, UAT processes, or structured defect validation
- Ability to analyze root causes, identify patterns, and recommend long-term improvements
- Experience working with product, tech, or last-mile/fulfillment teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ownership
