تعلن شركة Alcon، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في مجال العناية بالعيون، عن توفر وظيفة "مدير التدريب المبيعات / التدريب على المنتجات" في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريب مبيعات متخصصة وتدريب على المنتجات لتعزيز قدرات فريق المبيعات في البيع التقني والمعرفة بالمنتجات والتفاعل مع العملاء، بالإضافة إلى تقديم دعم ما قبل البيع وعروض المنتجات والمساعدة المستمرة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان استمرارية العمليات التجارية وقيادة مجالات دعم المبيعات مثل التدريب على المبيعات والتحليلات وعمليات المبيعات.
- تقديم دعم حاسم لفريق المبيعات وإدارة الحسابات الرئيسية في إدارة المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
- تطوير فريق دعم مبيعات فعال من خلال التدريب والتوجيه أو إدارة البرامج التجارية الرئيسية.
- تخطيط والإشراف على وقيادة مشاريع التدريب من الفكرة حتى الإنجاز لشركاء الموزعين لشركة Alcon.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برنامج تدريبي يشمل تقنيات البيع ومعلومات المنتجات ولعب الأدوار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل.
- خلفية تعليمية: أخصائي بصريات (Optometrist).
- معرفة قوية بعلم البصريات والإلمام بمنتجات العناية بالعيون.
- عقلية قابلة للتكيف ومرنة، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين المتنوعين على مختلف المستويات.
- خبرة تدريب ميداني ستكون ذات قيمة عالية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية والجنسية السعودية.

- Ensure uninterrupted business operations and lead sales support areas like sales training, analytics, and sales operations
- Provide crucial support to Sales and Key Account Management in Sales Administration and Customer Service
- Develop an effective sales support team through training, coaching, or management of key commercial programs
- Plan, oversee, and lead training projects from ideation through completion for Alcon Distributor partners
- Develop and implement a training program, including sales techniques, product information, and role play
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Educational background: Optometrist
- Strong optometry knowledge and familiarity with vision care products
- Adaptable and flexible mindset, able to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Training experience in the field would be highly valued
- Valid driving license and Saudi nationality
