The Cultural Programs Coordinator supports the planning, development, and delivery of cultural programs and engagement initiatives. The role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and diverse audiences to coordinate programs, strengthen public engagement, and support effective communications and outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of cultural programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful program execution.
- Support public engagement activities and develop initiatives that reach diverse audiences.
- Coordinate multi-channel communication, outreach, and promotional activities for cultural programs.
- Collect and analyse feedback and program insights to improve delivery and support decision-making.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Support program-related reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Museum Education, Program Development, Cultural Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cultural programming, program development, or integrated communications initiatives.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong stakeholder management, public engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate projects and work effectively across multiple teams and partners.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and support multi-channel outreach and promotional activities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights and feedback to enhance program delivery and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- PMP or related project management certification is considered an asset.
