المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق الفريق: توزيع المهام اليومية ومسارات الدوريات على ضباط الأمن، مع ضمان تغطية جميع المناطق الحيوية.
- مراقبة الأداء: ملاحظة أداء الفريق وتقديم التغذية الراجعة والتدريب أثناء العمل للحفاظ على مستويات الخدمة.
- الإشراف على التحكم في الدخول: مراقبة نقاط التحكم في الدخول والتحقق من إجراءات التعريف وضمان الامتثال للبروتوكولات.
- الاستجابة للحوادث: التعامل مع الحوادث والطوارئ مع ضمان التصعيد والتوثيق المناسبين.
- إعداد التقارير: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الأمن والحوادث والتحقيقات لأغراض التدقيق.
- دعم الفعاليات: مساعدة مدير المناوبة في تنفيذ الخطط الأمنية للفعاليات وحركات الشخصيات المهمة.
- فحص المعدات: التأكد من جاهزية معدات الطوارئ وإبلاغ المشرف بالنواقص فوراً.
- التنسيق بين الأقسام: العمل مع الإدارات الأخرى لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالأمن وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- دعم التدريب: المساعدة في تدريب ضباط الأمن الجدد على إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وبروتوكولات الطوارئ.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة: نشر ثقافة السلامة واليقظة بين أعضاء الفريق من خلال الإحاطات الدورية وبرامج التوعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى.
- من 2 إلى 4 سنوات خبرة في عمليات الأمن، ويفضل مع خبرة في تنسيق الفرق.
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على فريق من ضباط الأمن أو تنسيق عملهم.
- معرفة عملية بمراقبة الدخول والدوريات الأمنية والاستجابة للحوادث وإجراءات الطوارئ.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (محكية ومكتوبة).

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Supervisor (Saudi National) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Team Coordination: Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring coverage of all critical areas.
- Performance Monitoring: Observe team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service standards.
- Access Control Oversight: Monitor access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Incident Response: Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit purposes.
- Event Support: Assist Duty Manager in implementing security plans for events and VIP movements.
- Equipment Checks: Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and report deficiencies promptly.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Work with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and maintain smooth operations.
- Training Support: Assist in training new security officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
- Safety Culture: Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among team members through regular briefings and awareness programs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- Higher secondary education.
- 2-4 years in security operations, ideally with team coordination experience
- Demonstrate previous experience in supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
- Possess practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, emergency procedures, and security
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
