قيادة النمو من خلال التفاعل مع الأعمال وتقديم القيادة المالية عبر الدعم والمساءلة والتحدي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجية العمل وتعلم كيفية تحدي الأولويات.
إنشاء حالات عمل تدعم التخصيص الاستراتيجي للموارد.
تقييم فرص تحسين التكلفة والإيرادات على المدى الطويل.
إجراء تدخلات تكتيكية مع الأعمال لسد الفجوات مقابل الخطة وتحقيق تسليم المشاريع.
تعزيز الفطنة التجارية من خلال التفاعل الاستباقي مع نظراء الأعمال لفهم محركات العمل والتحديات الصناعية/التنافسية.
دعم عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي (3 سنوات)، وعملية مراجعة الميزانية الرسمية، وعملية مراجعة التوقعات الربعية.
مراجعة تقارير الأداء المالي الشهرية/الربعية وتعليقاتها على مجالات الأعمال ذات القيمة العالية بما في ذلك شفافية المخاطر والفرص.
المساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات من قبل الإدارة العليا من خلال تقييم المخاطر والفرص لتحسين المقاييس المالية والربحية.
تحديد فرص التحسين من خلال قياس الأداء داخل وعبر المناطق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

قائد أعمال ذو خبرة مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المالية أو الاستراتيجية أو الاستشارات الإدارية.
خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف، وإدارة التغيير، والتحدي والتواصل مع الإدارة العليا في مؤسسة مصفوفية معقدة.
معرفة الأنظمة المالية (مثل Holidex، GRS، Concerto، Essbase).
درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة عمل معادلة في الأعمال أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (مطلوبة). يفضل درجة الماجستير أو خبرة عمل معادلة في نفس المجالات.

Role Purpose

Drive growth by engaging with the business and providing financial leadership through business stewardship, support, and challenge

Key Accountabilities

Assist the development of the business strategy and learn to challenge priorities
Create business cases to support strategic resource allocation
Evaluate longer-term cost & revenue optimisation opportunities
Perform tactical interventions with the business to close gaps vs. plan and achieve project delivery
Enhance commercial acumen by proactively engaging with business counterparts to understand business drivers and industry / competitive challenges
Support the (3-year) strategic planning process, formal budget review process and quarterly forecast review process
Review monthly / quarterly financial performance reports and commentary of high value business areas including transparency of risks and opportunities
Assist decision-making of senior management by assessing risks and opportunities to improve key financial and winnings metrics
Identify improvement opportunities by benchmarking performance within / across regions

Key Skills & Experiences

Experienced business leader with at least 5 years of finance, strategy, and/or management consulting experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving change, and challenging & communicating with senior leadership in a complex matrix organization
Financial Systems (e.g. Holidex, GRS, Concerto, Essbase)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance or related field required. Master's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance or related field preferred
